Research On The Governance Of Haze In Taiyuan

At present,China is in the critical period of the construction of ecological civilization.Under the background of the Times and the realistic demand of promoting the protection and treatment of the National Ecological Environment,the study on the control of Haze is carried out,it is of great significance to the restoration and development of the whole environment.In recent years,Taiyuan,the capital city of Shanxi Province,has frequently suffered from large-scale smog weather nuisance.The smog has affected a wide range of areas.Its prolonged duration has not only affected the daily lives of residents,but also caused hidden dangers to the health of the masses,finally,it severely restricts the healthy development of local society and economy.Under this background,how to control the haze pollution in Taiyuan is not only an important project for people’s livelihood,but also an important work which is closely related to the healthy development of local economy and technology.For this state of affairs,the Taiyuan government has not only expressed its determination to resolutely control the smog on many occasions,but has also made continuous innovation and improvement in the smog control.The implementation of these governance policies,to a certain extent,alleviated the frequent.Based on the Literature Review of public governance and smog control,and the theory of public governance,this paper analyzes the current situation and effect of smog control in Taiyuan,focusing on the existing problems and causes,finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper begins with the introduction,on the basis of a simple description of the background,content and significance of this study,and on the basis of the theory of public governance,through deductive analysis,data analysis and practical investigation,the paper analyzes the current situation and effect of haze control in Taiyuan.Subsequently,it was pointed out that from the control of Smog in Taiyuan,the level of public participation in the control of smog was not high,illegal emissions from enterprises occurred from time to time,the developmentof green industries was slow,and the cooperation of surrounding counties and districts was not active enough,the main reasons are the lack of coordination among subjects,the lack of coordination among mechanisms and the different coordination among tools.Finally,we need to strengthen cooperation among different stakeholders to harness the power of smog,improve the governance mechanism and enhance the efficiency of smog control,and increase policy tools and tools to enhance the means of smog control,so as to provide guidance for smog control in Taiyuan.
