β2 receptor agonists are phenethylamine derivatives which are similar to adrenaline in structure and function.They are mainly used for the treatment of lung diseases such as bronchial asthma.In addition β2 receptor agonists have the effect of promoting animal growth,improving feed conversion and carcass lean rate.Poisoning occurs when people eat animal foods that contain β2 receptor agonist residues.Therefore,all countries have strengthened supervision and monitoring of β2 receptor agonists.So it is necessary to strengthen the research of detection methods.Carbon nanotubes and graphene composite materials can combine the advantages of both to make it show more excellent performance.In this study,two kinds of carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide composites were prepared,which were used for the modification of glassy carbon electrode,electrochemical sensors were prepared,and β2 receptor agonists were electrochemically detected.The main research contents are as follows:1.Multi-walled carbon nanotubes-graphene oxide aerogels were prepared by freeze-drying methed,and then mixed with 0.1%Nafion and drop-casting on the surface of glassy carbon electrode to construct multi-walled carbon nanotubes-Graphene oxide aerogel modified electrode.Clenbuterol and salbutamol were electrochemically detected by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.The results show that the electrode prepared by this method has better electrochemical performance than the multi-walled carbon nanotube/Nafion electrode or the graphene oxide/Nafion electrode,and has obvious electrochemical catalysis and reduction of clenbuterol and salbutamol.The electrochemical sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity,wide linear range,strong anti-interference ability,good stability and reproducibility,and can be applied to actual sample detection because of its simple operation.2.The graphene oxide and nitrogen-doped multi-walled carbon nanotubes were mixed to form a uniform and stable mixture,and the mixture was dropped on the surface of the carbon electrode to construct a graphene oxide/nitrogen doped multi-walled carbon nanotube modified electrode.In this study,the prepared sensor was subjected to scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The electrochemical properties of the modified electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.The experimental results show that the electrode prepared by the method has better electrochemical performance than single nitrogen-doped multi-walled carbon nanotubes and graphene oxide modified electrode,and it has very good electrochemical catalytic ability for ractopamine and terbutaline. |
