Fused magnesia is an excellent high-temperature refractory material which is widely used in aerospace,chemical industry,metallurgy,building materials and other fields.And it is very important in all aspects.Fused magnesia furnace is usually used as smelting equipment in industrial production.As a kind of abnormal working condition in the process of production,if the semismelting condition of fused magnesia furnace is not treated in time,it will cause the furnace wall to be burned,and the magnesium furnace will be discarded,and even serious casualties will occur.The existing methods of the semismelting condition judged by the manual inspection,and also need to observe the furnace mouth and body based on artificial experience in real time,this method has certain risk and high labor intensity,observation of the production about it can not achieve by the business administrator and the operator in whenever and wherever possible.Therefore,how to remotely reappear the smelting process of fused melting magnesium furnace and enable operators to judge the production status under the condition of remote mobile operation is becoming the research emphasis and difficulty in the melting process of fused melting magnesium furnace at this stage.The object of the operation is the operator,and it is impossible to realize the production of the fused magnesium furnace at any time and anywhere by the managers or decision-makers of the enterprise.With the development of science and technology,image processing technology and visualization technology have been widely used,making it possible to combine the two technologies in industry.This thesis from the actual demand for the visual production of fused magnesia furnace of using image processing technology and visual reconstruction technology based on the research platform of the State Key Laboratory of Synthetical Automation for Process Industry of Northeastern University,designed and implementation of the fused magnesia furnace visualization software for the semismelting condition.It realized the remote visualization reproduction of the semismelting condition of fused magnesia furnace,as well as the important parameters,key characteristics and the real-time display of the virtual magnesium furnace,improved the automation level and reduced the labor intensity and risk factor of the operator.Finally,the visualion software developed in this thesis is tested and verified,and the results show that the software is effective and practical,which lays the foundation for subsequent industrial applications.The specific research work of this thesis is summarized as follows:(1)According to the demand of the smelting process of fused magnesia furnace and the research status of the current fused magnesium furnace relevant system,the function of visualization software for the semismelting condition of fused magnesia furnace is designed,which includes the display of important parameters and the visualization display of magnesium smelting furnace.And it meets the requirement of the visual field of the semismelting condition of fused magnesia furnace.(2)Design the whole structure of the visualization software of the semismelting condition of fused magnesia furnace.The overall structure of the software mainly includes:data acquisition and transmission module,data processing module,visualization reconstruction module,visual display terminal module,and each module is designed in detail.(3)Development of visualization software for the semismelting condition of fused magnesia furnace.The first is the development of data acquisition module,mainly using Programmable Logic Controller and high dynamic camera to collect current and voltage data and video images on the scene respectively;processing video data collected by image defogging and KNN matting;then,realized the transmission of various kinds of data using the socket protocol;visual reconstruction of the key parameters of fused magnesia furnace production model by using the method of morphological feature mapping,finally realize the development of visualization software based on Unity3D.(4)The various functions of visualization software for the semismelting condition of fused magnesia furnace were verified by experiments,including data acquisition module,data transmission module,the model reconstruction and visualization module.Finally,the software operation and the terminal interface effect were verified.The result shows that the software can meet the design requirements,the effect is good,and laid a good foundation for the further research and development of the later.
