| With the rapid development of the construction industry,major safety accidents often occur due to the number of lifts exceeding the standard,causing heavy losses to the life and property of the state and people.This paper designs a construction elevator safety monitoring system based on human number detection.In this paper,the space transmission channel of far infrared signal is discussed,and the multi-cavity structure with installing sensor is designed in detail.The hardware circuits of far-infrared human detection module and elevator safety monitoring module are designed,including ARM processor circuit,far-infrared signal conditioning circuit,weight and height sensor signal conditioning circuit,NB module connection circuit,sound and light alarm circuit,elevator power supply control circuit and touch screen with serial port connection circuit.The software of far-infrared detection is compiled,which integrates 5 far-infrared signals to realize the detection of the number of people entering and leaving the elevator;the software of elevator safety monitoring is compiled to realize the detection of the number of people in the elevator,the measurement of load and height and the interface of friendly monitoring.When the elevator is overloaded,overweight or exceeding limited height,an alarm signal can be generated and the alarm information is uploaded to the internet of things platform through the communication method of NB.The results show that the system can detect the number of people entering and leaving the elevator in real time,monitor the height and weight of the car,control the elevator up and down power supply according to the alarm state,upload the alarm information through the actual test of the elevator safety monitoring system.This system meets the design requirements of elevator safety monitoring system. |
