The construction phase of engineering projects has always been a high incidence of safety accidents.The accident not only caused huge losses to the lives of the people and national property,but also negatively affected the development of enterprises and industries,and even posed a great threat to social stability and national economic development.It is of great significance to strengthen the research on building construction safety management.At present,how to effectively control and reduce the occurrence of construction safety accidents by enterprises has become the focus of the whole society.In this paper,rough set is applied to the research of multi-attribute group decision making in safety management.On the basis of sorting and summarizing related literatures,specific research is carried out on multiattribute group decision-making problems in safety management of engineering projects,and decision-making methods under different decision-making conditions are proposed.First,the safety management evaluation model is analyzed from the perspective of rough set,and a multi-attribute group decision-making method based on probabilistic fuzzy rough set and MULTIMOORA method is established.Then,taking emergency medical diagnosis as an issue after a sudden safety accident as a research framework,a multi-attribute group decision-making method based on the BWM and MULTIMOORA for multi-granularity sequential three-way decisions model was constructed.Finally,the safety management evaluation and emergency treatment after a safety accident at a construction site were taken as examples to verify the rationality,feasibility and effectiveness of the method.Considering the situation of using language information to describe the safety management situation of engineering construction,this paper proposes a safety management evaluation method with language preference relationship based on multigranulation probability rough set and MULTIMOORA method.According to the classic Pawlak rough set and neighborhood rough set,we propose a multigranulation probabilistic fuzzy rough set based on neighborhood relation and language preference information.We studied the rough approximation of a clear decision object and a fuzzy decision object under the framework of multigranulation rough set theory with language preference information.That is,a multigranulation probabilistic rough set model and a multigranulation probabilistic fuzzy rough set model based on the δ-neighborhood relationship are established respectively.At the same time,general theorems and conclusions are given.After that,the proposed multigranulation probabilistic fuzzy set model is compared with the existing model,which shows the superiority of the new model.In addition,by combining multigranulation probabilistic fuzzy rough sets and MULTIMOORA method,a multi-attribute group decision making method based on language preference information is proposed.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by evaluating the safety management status of a construction site.Considering the safety accidents that may occur on the construction site of the construction project,the emergency medical diagnosis after the safety accidents in this paper is studied to establish a sequential three-way decisions method based on BWM at different granularity levels.First,by using BWM to pre-process the relevant attribute indexes of medical diagnosis,the thickness relationship between each attribute granularity is determined.Then,according to the granularity from coarse to fine,make three decisions at each granularity one by one.In the process of making three decisions at each granularity,auxiliary decisionmaking is carried out by considering its decision result cost and decision process cost.This constructs a sequential three-way decisions model with multiple granularity levels and costsensitive relationships.Next,according to the established BWM-based multigranulation sequential three-way decisions model,we propose the decision procedure and algorithm of this multi-attribute group decision model.At the same time,in order to get a definite medical diagnosis sequence,the MULTIMOORA method is used to sort the classified alternatives.Finally,a case of emergency diagnosis and treatment after a safety accident was used to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model.In this paper,based on the analysis and summary of the safety management evaluation in construction engineering,the application of multi-attribute decision-making methods in construction engineering and rough set theory,etc.,this paper has conducted a more in-depth study on the safety management related issues in engineering projects.A safety management evaluation method based on rough set was established,which improved the existing safety management evaluation methods and emergency treatment schemes in construction projects.In addition,the research results of this paper not only better solve the existing multi-attribute group decision-making problem,but also enrich the corresponding multi-attribute group decision-making theory,and further expand the relevant content of the classic rough set.
