| The offshore living platform is the main resting place for the staff of the oil and gas operation platform,and the staffs’ life safety is very important.At present,the fire risk assessment of living platform is mostly based on probability,but there is no specific method to quantify the casualties in the evacuation of people in the fire.So how to quantify the impact of fire and smoke on the emergency evacuation of people is important,and it’s of great significance to study the fire risk quantitative assessment method applicable to living platform.In this paper,according to the unique layout characteristics of living platform,a platform fire model is established,in which the rule of smoke spread is summarized.In consideration of the response of people in the fire,the change of CO concentration、temperature、thermal radiation and visibility with time is studied.The concept of dangerous time is put forward,and the dangerous time is simulated as a function of the attributes of the fire compartment through multiple sets of data.In view of the problem that the specific location of the dangerous cabins should be found out in the quantitative assessment of the fire of living platform,the characteristics of the dangerous cabins should be analyzed from the three aspects of smoke spread law、personnel evacuation situation and combustibles combustion characteristics,so as to build the determination process suitable for the fire dangerous cabins of the marine living platform.In order to establish a quantitative fire risk assessment method for living platforms and quantify the impact of smoke on emergency evacuation of people,this paper use the time of danger as a calculation node,combine fire numerical simulation and calculation of evacuation to calculate the expected number of casualties of emergency evacuation of people in a fire.Using the number of casualties in a fire as the severity of the accident combined with the risk matrix method,a method for quantitatively evaluating the number of casualties in a fire is obtained.Finally,the fire risk model is optimized based on the impact of the fire protection system on the evacuation of people.Taking N500 semi submersible living platform as an example,from the beginning of hazard identification,this paper uses the quantitative method to carry out the quantitative assessment of fire risk.In the end of the paper verify the availability of the method,and put forward risk control scheme and general layout optimization suggestions. |
