| Shaanxi province is rich in coal resources,which are distributed in 38 districts of 9 prefectures and cities.The coal area is 57,000 square kilometers,accounting for about one fourth of the province’s land area.One of the important measures that the country builds western strong provinces is to strengthen the development of resources and transform resources scientifically and rationally.At present,coal transportation is mainly by rail and road,and in recent years,the country has constantly raised the environmental protection requirements,which has brought great challenges to the transportation of coal.However,the coal quality of guanzhong region can not meet the requirements of coal chemical gasification raw material,so it is very important for shaanxi and even the whole country to find a new coal transportation mode.On the basis of clarifying the concept and scope of market development,this thesis further studies relevant theories,classifies the current mainstream theories and methods of market development,and finally summarizes and improves them.On the basis of theoretical analysis combined with the actual situation,we find out the problems existing in the market development of SW Coal Pipeline Transportation co.,LTD.We use SWOT method to analyze the enterprise environment,and STP theory is used to determine the selection and positioning of the target market.Finally,we establish the company’s market development strategy based on Ansoff matrix.Through the analysis of the current market development environment,combining with the market research on coal slurry conveying technology and dehydrated coal products,applying the classical theory to practical production,we develop market development strategy and safeguard measures for the company’s professional technology and production products. |
