| Dangerous chemical products are different from the general properties of society and which are key safety supervision products.In order to meet the needs of governments,enterprises,and society,a remote monitoring system capable of remote real-time monitoring and management and regional centralized management needs to be established,which can remotely check the production status of the reservoir area at any time,any place,carry out safety warning notifications,and promote information management of enterprise development.The remote monitoring service system of the dangerous chemicals storage area can promote the safe production of the dangerous chemicals storage area,broaden the supervision area of the reservoir area,and at the same time open up the data communication among heterogeneous systems within the enterprise,promote data sharing,and avoid data islanding.Therefore,it is of practical significance to develop a remote monitoring service system of dangerous chemicals storage area.This article first analyzes the development status of the remote monitoring system at home and abroad,and based on this system’s specific operating scenario,analyzes the requirements of the system,clarifies the different functions of different system roles,and gives a diagram of use cases for different roles.Then design the overall architecture of the system;the system uses OPC interface technology to collect device data from the security instrument system in the reservoir area to achieve heterogeneous system data sharing;and uploads the collected data to the system server using the HTTP protocol;uses Kafka message queues as a buffer queue to centrally collect the data uploaded to the server from each repository area.InfluxDB time series database is used to uniformly store the monitoring data of various sensor devices in the repository area,while My SQL relational database stores various operating data and configuration information of the system;using front-end and back-end separation architecture,the background provides real-time data and statistical analysis data for the monitoring charts of the front-end page;Kafka’s publish and subscribe mode is used to implement real-time alarm notification of dangers in the library area.In this paper,the system is divided into function modules in detail,and the functions of each module are designed in detail.Based on the system design,the overall system functions are realized.Finally,the system is tested by unit tests,interface integration tests,and performance tests to verify the completion of the system and system quality.This system contains a complete set of solutions of remote monitoring system from data collection,transmission and storage to real-time data monitoring and danger alarm.Through this system,the working efficiency of the supervision staff in the reservoir area can be greatly improved,and the safety supervision of the dangerous chemicals storage area can be greatly enhanced,which makes the production management in the reservoir area more convenient and brings practical benefits to the enterprise. |
