Innovative biotherapy technology has brought new hope to human health because of its breakthrough in cancer and other fields.Among them,immunocytotherapy is a promising treatment for cancer.The key to the success of immunotherapy is to bank healthy immune cells.Therefore,immune cell banking business,as the most upstream and basic business in cell industry chain,is getting more and more attention.At the same time,with the advent of the digital era,the purchase path of consumers has changed a lot,which is forcing enterprises to constantly reflect on the existing marketing model and to make changes to meet the needs of the new market.The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the digital marketing strategy of immune cell storage business of BK company.The theoretical significance of this study is to establish and improve the theoretical system of digital marketing in the life science industry.The practical significance is to initially build the digital marketing system of BK company,breaking the traditional marketing mode,and more efficiently establishing the brand and marketing education.The process of this paper includes the following parts.firstly,the market environment of biotherapy technology and the characteristics of digital marketing are analyzed,and the special advantages and positive effects of digital marketing in promoting medical and health products and services are discussed.Secondly,it analyzes and summarizes the market environment of BK company,and makes data arrangement and Analysis on the basic characteristics and user preferences of the existing customer groups of BK company,so as to clarify the existing problems of BK company’s current marketing mode,as well as the necessity and significance of carrying out digital marketing.Finally,in view of the problems existing in various links of the consumer purchase path,this paper puts forward a specific digital marketing scheme that can be implemented in four aspects of BK company,namely,the construction of all media matrix,the standardization of content marketing operation,multi-channel integration,and the optimization of customer experience by digital means.
