Legal Regulation Of Classified Recycling Of Municipal Solid Waste In China

With the rapid urbanization process,the phenomenon of "garbage siege" is becoming more and more serious,and the construction of urban ecological civilization in our country bears the brunt of the major problem,that is,the reduction of urban domestic waste,the treatment of resources.In view of such an urgent situation,the legal system of classified recycling of municipal solid waste in China still needs to be completed continuously,thus providing a solid legal foundation for the effective disposal of domestic waste pollution and the construction of environmentally friendly cities.This paper adopts concept analysis,comparative analysis and empirical analysis,and draws lessons from the theory of circular economy rule of law,sustainable development rule of law theory,citizen environmental right theory.This paper expounds the legal regulation of classified recycling of municipal solid waste in China in four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction to the topic,the purpose of the topic,the significance of the topic,domestic and foreign research results,research methods,research difficulties,innovative points;the first chapter is an overview of the classified recycling of municipal solid waste,focusing on the connotation,characteristics and classification of municipal solid waste,municipal solid waste classified recycling and its origin,the necessary legal regulation.The second chapter mainly discusses the current situation and existing problems of the legal regulation of classified recycling of municipal solid waste in China,summarizes the relevant laws on the provisions of classified recycling of garbage,and analyzes the existing institutional problems,namely:lack of systematic legal provisions in legislation,unable to administer according to law in law enforcement,lack of legal awareness in law-abiding,and inadequate supporting system;The third chapter introduces the legal regulation of municipal solid waste classification and recycling and its reference.It focuses on the experience of the legalregulation of municipal solid waste classification and recycling in Sweden,Germany,Japan and other countries,and sums up its relevant work in China The fourth chapter describes the perfection and perfection of the legal regulation of classified recycling of municipal solid waste in China.
