Liquefied hydrocarbon is an important chemical raw material,which can not only be used to synthesize plastics,rubber and fiber,but also produce fine chemical products such as medicine,explosives,dyes,organic intermediates,etc.in addition,it has some special uses such as subcritical biotechnology low-temperature extraction,kiln baking fuel,automobile fuel,residential fuel and so on.Liquefied hydrocarbon has many uses and plays an important role in national production.Liquefied hydrocarbon is a gaseous state at room temperature.However,full pressure storage has the characteristics of high pressure,inflammable,explosive and even toxic.In particular,although the horizontal liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank group widely used in fine chemical industry has small capacity,once the fire and explosion accidents occur,the damage may be very large.How to ensure the safety,reliability,economy and rationality of liquefied hydrocarbon in storage and use is the focus of research.Engineering design plays a leading and decisive role in the safety level of the device.Based on this,according to the characteristics of full pressure storage of liquefied hydrocarbon,such as high pressure,inflammable and explosive,easy to leak,etc.,the engineering design work of the process,equipment,process risk analysis,instrument automation,equipment layout,safety operation procedures and other aspects of the liquefied hydrocarbon full pressure horizontal storage tank group are carried out,so as to reduce the risk factors in essence,reduce the risk probability from the automatic control,and take measures To reduce the consequences of accidents and disasters.In this paper,a liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank group in the new production unit construction project of Haili Guixi Pesticide Chemical Co.,Ltd.is taken as the research object.Due to the lack of foreign related research literature,and the lack of systematic and complete research literature in China,a systematic and complete engineering design of full pressure horizontal storage tank group was carried out from the aspects of process,equipment,process risk analysis,instrument automation,equipment layout,safety operation procedures,etc.,and the combined unloading mode of pump and compressor was proposed innovatively;The interface meter is used to accurately control the water injection level;the interface meter is used to accurately control the water injection level to realize the operation problem of accurate material transfer at the same time of water injection;the interface meter is used to predict the dehydration time in the storage tank and carry out the dehydration operation accurately.The main research contents of this project are as follows:(1)Firstly,in order to meet the latest current standards and specifications,the design of liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank group determines the tank type selection,unloading scheme,output scheme and other technical schemes;sets up emergency material transfer,water injection,process cooling,emergency cut-off,safety relief and other process safety facilities,forming a complete equipment list,and non-standard equipment propylene storage tank,accident The complete design of the emergency tank has been carried out,and the preliminary process flow chart has been completed.(2)Secondly,HAZOP analysis,LOPA analysis,SIL grading and other process risk analysis projects are carried out according to the preliminary process flow chart.After a series of safety measures are taken,the safety risk of the device is reduced to an acceptable range.(3)Then,in order to meet the relevant laws and regulations,standards and specifications of the automatic control scheme as the basic principle,and to achieve the function required by the process as the goal,the instrument and its automatic control design of the tank group are completed.(4)Then according to the requirements of safety distance in the standard specification,the design of equipment layout is completed.(5)Finally,combined with the actual production situation,the detailed unloading operation rules of liquefied hydrocarbon are formulated,and the unloading operation of liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank area is specified in detail,which can play a guiding role in safe production.
