| The strategy of Rural Revitalization was first put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It aims at realizing the optimal allocation and efficient utilization of rural land resources by carrying out the comprehensive land improvement planning for the whole region.The comprehensive land improvement for the whole region can not only improve the efficiency of cultivated land protection,promote the conservation and intensive use of land resources,but also improve the ecological environment of countryside,provide development space for agricultural and rural areas,which promotes the revitalization and development of rural areas.However,there are various types of the comprehensive land improvement for the whole region.The implementation of remediation engineering measures may have a strong interference on the regional ecosystem,which may bring different kinds of uncertain as well as complex ecological risks and threats to local ecological security.Therefore,It is necessary to carry out the ecological risk research of the comprehensive land improvement planning,which is of great significance for the government to take corresponding measures to avoid or reduce the ecological risk.Regarding Kunming airport economic area as research zone,comprehensive land improvement planning for the whole region will be taken as the prediction of the renovation activities in a certain period in the future.On this basis,it will be combined with the theoretical framework of ecological risk assessment to explore the mechanism of the formation of ecological risks.Taking the community as the evaluation unit,we will select 16 indexes from five levels of soil environment,water environment,biological environment,landscape pattern and ecosystem service function to construct the evaluation index system.And then we will choose AHP to calculate the weight of each index,using the comprehensive index model to calculate the comprehensive score of ecological environment before and after the comprehensive improvement for each community land,exploring the changes of ecological risk before and after the remediation.Finally,the matter-element model will be applied to ensure the risk level of ecological risk of comprehensive land improvement for each community.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Formation mechanism of ecological risk: the risk source is the engineering measures that may cause negative effects on the ecosystem in the process of comprehensive land improvement activities.The risk source stresses the risk receptor through the ecological action,which brings harmful effects to the soil environment,water environment,biological environment,landscape pattern and ecosystem service function,resulting in the formation of ecological risk.(2)The results of ecological risk assessment of the comprehensive index model: after the comprehensive land improvement for the whole region,the ecological risk of the comprehensive land improvement in Shagou,Shangduilong,and Tu’er communities increased,while the ecological risk of other communities are decreasing.(3)The results of matter-element model ecological risk assessment: Fuxing community and Fangwang Tree Farm belong to the category of weak risk level;ADi,Baihanchang,Huaqing,Liqi,Shajing,Wuxi,Xichong,Yiduoyun and zhongduilong community belong to the category of low risk level;Shagou,shangduilong,Tu’er and Xinfa community belong to the category of medium risk level.Generally speaking,the ecological risks that may be caused by the comprehensive land improvement planning for the whole region in Kunming airport economic area are within the controllable range,and corresponding measures can be taken to reduce or accept the ecological risks. |
