A Case Study On Application Of Z Group Corporation’s Consolidated Financial Statement System

For the Group Corporation,there are many subsidiaries,the organizational structure of the unit is complex,the stock exchange,mergers and reorganizations are numerous and diverse,the content of the statements involved in the consolidated statements is complex,and it is important to issue accurate and complete consolidated statements for the Group Corporation’s financial management activities.On the other hand,the quality of consolidated statements prepared by manual or semi-manual methods is not high,the consolidation efficiency is low,and the disadvantages are great.Realizing report consolidation through an information system with more complete functions and a high degree of automation will greatly reduce the workload of financial personnel and improve the efficiency of consolidated financial statements.The Z Group Corporation selected in this article is a typical large state-owned enterprise.The combined financial statement system used in the actual business cannot fully support business needs.There are problems.This article hopes to analyze the case to provide consolidated statements for the Group Corporation.Provide references to improve the management of consolidated statements of group companies.This thesis adopts the research methods of literature research,field visits and case analysis.By summarizing relevant domestic and foreign literature on consolidated financial statements,accounting information systems,and consolidated financial statement systems,this thesis summarizes the theoretical research on Group Corporation consolidated statements and consolidated statement systems.Based on the analysis of the actual case based on the firsthand information obtained from the field investigation,taking the current status of the operation of the consolidated financial statement system of the Z Group Corporation as an example,by describing and analyzing the current status of the process of its consolidated financial statement work,it looks for its consolidated financial statement system.Existing problems and analysis of the causes,thinking about how to optimize the consolidated report system under the existing conditions,and give suggestions on system construction and process management.Through case study and research,it is concluded that the Z Group’s consolidated financial statement system currently has problems in system application goals,application architecture,and support for business processes.By analyzing its causes,the author recommends system construction and personnel management.And business processes to optimize and improve the existing system and company management.The main contribution of this article is aimed at a central enterprise,which has certain reference value for other group companies and large and medium-sized enterprises.At the same time,based on the current case analysis,it can further optimize the construction of the consolidated financial statement system of the Z Group Corporation,and can Based on this,the problems of the application of the financial management system platform in the Group Corporation were further exchanged and discussed,and the future group consolidated statements were optimized and designed to improve the management efficiency of the Group Corporation.
