Chemical Logistics Service Provider Based On Environment,Health And Safety (EHS) Operational Performance Study

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the demand for chemical products in agriculture,industry,manufacturing and other industries has increased sharply,and the chemical market has become increasingly prosperous.The expansion of the scale of the chemical industry has brought about the rapid development of chemical logistics.Compared with general logistics,chemical logistics has the characteristics of great environmental impact and high risk factor.In recent years,the society pays more and more attention to environmental protection,and chemical logistics safety accidents frequently occur,so the assessment of chemical logistics service providers in the three aspects of environment,health and safety has become the focus of enterprises.Although many experts and scholars have made some achievements in the research of chemical logistics,including the safety management of chemical logistics,the construction of intelligent chemical logistics and the selection of chemical logistics service provider.However,in terms of operation performance evaluation of chemical logistics service providers,due to the difficulty in investigation and data collection,the research on operation performance evaluation of chemical logistics service providers is relatively scattered and there is no complete evaluation system.In view of the particularity of chemical logistics,it is urgent to establish a comprehensive,scientific and operational performance evaluation system for chemical logistics service providers.In addition,I have been in the globally competitive large chemical logistics company,Sinotrans Chemical International Logistics CO.,LTD.,had more than a year of internship,contact a lot of logistics service providers,through practice,accumulated the rich on operating performance evaluation of the chemical logistics service suppliers,so for chemical logistics service providers operating performance evaluation can be expanded to systematic study.At first,this article for chemical logistics,traditional performance evaluation of service providers and chemical logistics service supplier performance evaluation of domestic and foreign research present situation analysis and summary,combining the chemical logistics service supply chain,EHS management system and performance evaluation of suppliers,etc.The study of the basic theoretical knowledge,the article research foundation.Secondly,based on the investigation and collection of data on the operation performance of chemical logistics service providers in the Yangtze river delta region,it is found that the supplier operation performance evaluation system of many small and medium-sized chemical logistics enterprises in China is not perfect at present.By analyzing the characteristics and status quo of chemical logistics service business and the function of operation performance evaluation of chemical logistics service providers,combining theory with practice,it is very important to carry out operation performance evaluation for chemical logistics service providers.On the other hand,this paper summarizes a large number of classic monographs on chemical logistics industry,national industry logistics standards,journals,papers and other materials,and lists the relevant factors affecting the operation performance evaluation.Combined with the research above,in accordance with the principle of performance evaluation index system of building,from the level of service,the condition of financial expenses,technology infrastructure and resources,EHS from four perspectives of 22 core operating performance evaluation indicators,and detailed instructions for these 22 indicators,constructed based on environmental,health and safety of chemical operating performance evaluation index system of logistics service suppliers.Then,based on the established chemical logistics service providers operating performance evaluation index system,based on industry experts and professionals,on the basis of questionnaire survey,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of scientific performance evaluation method,build the chemical logistics service suppliers based establishment of EHS based operation performance evaluation system for chemical logistics service providers has important research significance for improving the management level of chemical logistics enterprises,improving the operation efficiency of chemical logistics service supply chain,reducing the cost of chemical logistics service and increasing customer satisfaction.It is hoped that these studies can provide reference for the analysis and solution of the operational performance evaluation of service providers in chemical logistics enterprises.
