As an indispensable part of the national economy,chemical industry is one of the basic industries and pillar industries of the country,and has a decisive influence on the economic development of China.In the face of increasingly severe market competition,how to reduce the device stop frequency and improve the long cycle operation level of the device has gradually become a bottleneck problem for the future development of chemical enterprises.Improving the efficiency of production resource allocation is an effective way to solve this bottleneck problem.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the production resource allocation of chemical enterprises.In this paper,the old state-owned long chemical industry group is selected as an example.Through the statistical analysis of its resource input data from 2010 to 2019,combined with the assessment of the long-term operation level of the device by internal experts,it is determined that the company has room for further optimization and improvement of its resource allocation efficiency.Therefore,the authors refer to the site management mode of production of the division of core elements,classifying chemical production resources,and use the common resource allocation field inverse optimization method,to chemical long period running of plant as the objective function,the highest level in man,machine,material,method,ring for the parameter,allocation of resources of the original model was constructed,and the optimal solution to solve the current conditions.Then,compared the optimal solution and the dragon chemical group in 2020 appraisal target,the selection of original model of objective function index parameter as a variable,the introduction of Lagrange multiplier,the inverse optimization problem using the KKT conditions of bi-level programming equation into a single programming equation,and solving,to determine the best configuration scheme satisfy the expectations.Finally,according to the reverse optimization results,the improvement measures for the allocation of production resources of long chemical group are proposed.Through the introduction of reverse optimization method,this paper points out the direction for improving the production resource allocation efficiency of long chemical industry group,and provides guarantee for the enterprise to improve the long-term operation level of the device,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the frequency of plant shutdown and maintenance,prolonging the operation period,and improving the market competitiveness.At the same time,I also hope that the research done in this paper can help state-owned chemical enterprises continue to optimize the allocation of their production resources and seize the market opportunities in the current environment of fierce competition in the industry.
