Volatile organic pollutants pollutants can cause serious pollution to food and the environment,which in turn can harm human health.Therefore,it is very urgent to develop rapid,efficient and sensitive detection and analysis methods for volatile organic pollutants.Surface-enhanced raman spectroscopy(SERS)technology has obvious advantages in rapid detection and attracts widespread attention.This paper attempts to prepare three kinds of SERS active substrates,and realizes the rapid detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and pesticides.The main contents are summarized as follows:(1)The gold nanofilm was prepared by redox method.Using polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(pyrene,naphthalene and m-terphenyl)as target objects,combined with headspace solid phase extraction technology,the performance of gold nanofilms was studied by SERS method.The gold nano-films showed high detection sensitivity to pyrene,naphthalene and m-terphenyl.The headspace extraction time required only 5 minutes to detect a clear Raman signal.The detection limits of pyrene,naphthalene and m-terphenyl are 10-4 mg/L,10-4 mg/L and 5×10-4 m/L,respectively.This detection method can also be used for the detection of volatile pesticides fonofos and ferbam,the detection limit is 5×10-3 mg/L.In addition,the gold nano-membrane can be used for the detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in sewage,as well as the detection of fonofos and ferbam in fruit juice.The substrate has good uniformity and stability.Combined with headspace solid phase extraction,it can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of pyrene,naphthalene,m-terphenyl,fonofos,and ferbam.(2)ZnO-Au and ZnO-Ag substrates.Nano-ZnO was prepared by gas-phase method,and ZnO-Au and ZnO-Ag substrates were prepared by combining with Au and Ag nanometers;using ferbam as a target object,the performance of zinc oxide substrate was preliminary explored by headspace solid phase extraction;Adjusting the conditions of headspace solid phase extraction time,temperature and salt concentration optimizes the SERS detection method of ferbam.The lowest concentration detectable by both substrates is 0.2 mg/L.The headspace extraction time required for ZnO-Ag is shorter(15 min).(3)The gold and silver nanocapillary were prepared by PEI method,PAH method and ethanol reduction method respectively.The assembly of nanoparticles in nanotubes was investigated by measuring the absorbance,which laid the foundation for the preparation of suitable nano glass capillary. |
