In order to study the effects of biochar on the forms of heavy metal copper and chromium and the transfer, enrichment of corn in sewage irrigation area, compare the effects of three kinds of mushroom biochar, corn biochar and rice biochar. This paper tested the form of heavy metal copper and chromium, the growth of corn, the heavy metal content of various parts of corn and various parts of the corn on the heavy metal copper and chromium transfer and enrichment factors by the application of five kinds of biochar in the soil of a sewage irrigation area in Shanxi through the pot experiment.Research indicates:(1)Compared with the blank treatment under the five biochar trentments in the seedling stage of corn growth,,the dry weight of corn increased, the average increased by 29.14%.The root length of corn increased compared with the blank treatment, the average increased by 8.91%.The plant height of corn increased by 3.90% on average compared with the blank treatment.Under the five treatments, the dry weight of corn increased compared with the blank treatment at the maturity stage of corn growth. The dry weight of maturity corns increased by 30.77% compared with the blank treatment.(2)Under the five treatments, the transfer factor of copper in mature maize stems was inconsistent,The transfer factor(0.354)was lower than that of blank treatment(0.372)under the HC treatment. The transfer factor of copper in mature maize leaves was inconsistent under the five treatments, under the treatments of LC and YC,the transfer factor of corn leaves to copper were 0.470 and 0.384,both higher than the blank treatment, the other three treatments were smaller than the blank treatment. The transfer factor of copper in the mature maize was also inconsistent under five treatments. The transfer factor of the five treatments of maize to heavy metal copper from small to large is: PC(0.048)<LC(0.0507)<HC(0.0512)<DC(0.0560)< YC(0.0567).(3)The transfer factor of corn stem to chromium is uniform under different treatments, which is lower than blank treatment(0.505).The change of transfer factor of chromium in corn leaves is inconsistent.Under YC and LC treatments, the transfer factor of corn leaf to chromium was higher than blank treatment, which was 0.369 and 0.407.The transfer factor of maize to chromium was inconsistent, only under DC and YC was higher than the blank treatment(0.227).The transfer factor of the maize to chromium was less than1 under different treatments, and the change was inconsistent, only under LC and DC treatments, the transfer factor of chromium was higher than that blank treatment(0.131).(4)Under five treatments, the exchangeable copper content in the soil was lower than that of the blank treatment.Among them, the EXC-Cu content in the soil was the lowest under LC treatment, which was1.005 mg/ kg,31.4% lower than the blank treatment,CA-Cu content in the soil was all reduced compared with the blank treatment.Under the HC treatment,CA-Cu content was the lowest.Except for the HC treatment,R2O3-Cu content increased 2.25% compared with the bank treatment,R2O3-Cu content in the other four treatments soils all decreased.OM-Cu content changed inconsistently.RES-Cu content were all increased compared with the bank treatment.Under the HC treatment, the RES-Cu content was 104.55mg/kg,which was 15.76% higher than the blank.(5)Under the LC treatment, the EXC-Cr content in the soil was the lowest compared with the blank treatment, which reached 5.67 mg/kg decresing 30%.Under five treatments,CA-Cr contents were all increased compared with the blank treatment.Under five treatments,R2O3-Cu contents were all decreased compared with the blank treatment.Under five treatments,OM-Cr contents were all increased compared with the blank treatment, under the LC treatment,OM-Cr content was the highest, which was 1.93 mg/kg,which was 21.38% higher than that of the blank treatment.Under five treatments,RES-Cr contents were all increased compared with the blank treatment.
