| In recent years,the rapid development of China’s VLSI industry has driven the development of the field of electronic clean workshop,and the requirements on various aspects of the workshop have also been constantly improved,so the comprehensive strength of the contractor of electronic clean workshop is also facing great challenges.In the traditional management mode of construction management,work efficiency is low,in three stages: design,production,construction easy to disconnect,so the EPC general contracting mode has become the electronic clean room project is not the first,EPC general contracting mode,the overall contractor of the project design,procurement,construction,operation and management,improve the efficiency of the whole,can greatly shorten the construction period,and conducive to the overall cost and schedule control of project construction,but the EPC general contracting mode at present in China is not mature,so in the electronic clean workshop the good situation of the industry,to explore a set of applicable to electronic clean management mode,It will certainly add fuel to the growth of the e-clean plant industry.This article through to the clean workshop general contracting construction project risk factor analysis,and risk management theory in the EPC general contracting mode,on the basis of through interviews,brainstorming,methods of analytic hierarchy process(ahp),on the clean workshop in different stages of the construction project risk factors is analyzed,and combining the X EPC general contracting project case analysis,according to the project risk put forward a series of risk response.Through the research summary of this paper,the risk management of clean plant general contracting project in the future provides a reference. |
