Research On The Stability Of Strategic Alliance Of BZHR Company

With the development of economy and society and the intensification of market competition,the traditional single enterprise operation mode can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development,and more and more enterprises realize the importance of strategic alliance.Especially in the pharmaceutical intermediates and upstream and downstream enterprises represented by BZHR,strategic alliance has obviously become an irresistible trend.This paper mainly explores the strategic alliance stability of BZHR company,finds out the reasons affecting the stability,and seeks the final solution through analysis.In recent years,in the chemical industry of API and pharmaceutical intermdiates represented by BZHR chemical industry,the products and market are gradually internationalized,the speed of product research and development and technological innovation is constantly accelerated,and the product life cycle is constantly shortened.In order to achieve long-term development,enterprises have to invest more research and development costs,and high cost investment is often accompanied by higher risks.The problem can no longer be solved by a single enterprise or the pure cooperative model of several enterprises.Facing the increasingly uncertain and challenging economic environment,more and more enterprises start from the outside and adopt strategic alliance to maintain their competitive advantages.The establishment of strategic alliance of BZHR enterprises solves the competitive pressure faced by enterprises,brings the effect of "1+1>2" to the alliance enterprises,and fully realizes the value of the alliance.However,the development of strategic alliance is not smooth.For BZHR enterprise strategic alliance,due to the lack of industry experience,the alliance has been groping for development,subject to the influence of internal and external unstable factors,the development of the alliance has been in a state of instability.The instability of BZHR enterprise strategic alliance is an urgent problem to be solved.From such a starting point,this paper aims to find out the factors affecting the stability of BZHR enterprise strategic alliance through the study of the stability of BZHR enterprise strategic alliance,and specifically analyze the causes of the instability of BZHR enterprise alliance,so as to provide a reference for the realization of alliance stability.This article through studies at home and abroad about strategic alliance stability and active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutical intermediates industry strategic alliance of relevant literature,the paper summarizes the concrete theory,combing out such as transaction cost theory,resource-based theory,game theory,value chain theory,and other important theory as the theoretical foundations of the study,through the analysis of the status quo of BZHR enterprise strategic alliance,find alliance alliance partner selection positioning fuzzy,union contracts is imperfect the lack of management mechanism,the credibility is not high,the league and communication alliance interests distribution mechanism is not sound.Through the analysis of these problems,two major factors affecting the stability of the alliance are obtained:the factors outside the alliance and the factors inside the alliance.In view of the subjectivity of factor analysis and expert evaluation method,in order to minimize the impact of such subjectivity,in the process of analysis,this paper innovatively introduces analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation,establishes an evaluation index system,and quantifies the data obtained through the survey to achieve the combination of quantitative and qualitative.By means of expert analysis and literature review,the factors affecting the stability of BZHR enterprise alliance can be divided into external factors and internal factors.Through ahp and fuzzy e valuation,it is found that the main factors affecting the stability of the alliance are internal factors,such as:alliance benefit distribution,alliance partner matching,effective communication and mutual trust.Finally,the problems faced by BZHR enterprise strategic alliance are found out through interviews,and the causes leading to the instability of the alliance are found out.According to the above research results,a series of pro motion strategies,such as the establishment of long-term stability mechanism,careful selection of alliance partners,and strengthening of alliance contract control,are found to ensure the development of BZHR enterprise strategic alliance,and provide reference for the development of strategic alliance in the same industry.
