Research And Application Of Environmental Supervision For WR Expressway Engineering

Highway is an important infrastructure for national economic and social development,which plays an important role in the current development stage of China.A large number of projects are under planning and construction.However,the development of highway brings not only convenient conditions,but also a large number of environmental problems.For highway environmental protection work,our country pays more and more attention to in-event management,which raises the demand for environmental supervision work focusing on in-event and process management.This paper takes the expressway construction environmental supervision work as the research object,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the environmental supervision system,combined with specific cases for practical application.This paper mainly summarizes the research and development status of expressway and environmental supervision,and analyzes the role and significance of environmental supervision for expressway construction projects.This paper summarizes the working concept of environmental supervision,expounds the characteristics and principles of environmental supervision,illustrates the foundation of establishing environmental supervision system,analyses and compares three common supervision modes,defines the main purpose,scope,main process,content,means and key points of environmental supervision,and puts forward the working system of environmental supervision on this basis.Through the analysis,the environmental sensitivity problems of highway construction project cases were identified.The quantitative analysis of water pollution,noise pollution and environmental risk was carried out by using the methods of quota analysis,model introduction and formula calculation,which provided a reference for environmental protection and environmental supervision.Based on the theoretical study of environmental supervision and the quantitative analysis of environmental sensitive issues,this paper puts forward the supervision application of expressway construction project cases.Through the above theoretical research and application work,the conclusions and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for environmental supervision work of related expressway construction projects.
