| The shipping industry has become an important pillar industry of China’s social and economic development, and the total number of inland shipping ships is more than ten times of the total number of coastal and ocean shipping ships, and the freight volume is more than five times of the latter. However, with the continuous increase of the number and tonnage of ships in the inland waterway, its energy consumption and air pollution emissions also show a rising trend year by year.In the comparison of annual air pollutant emissions in China, the inland waterway has become the second place, next to road traffic, and the air pollutants discharged by ships in the inland waterway have become one of the important sources of air pollution. It is of great social and economic significance for the treatment of air pollutants in inland waterways. The composition of air pollutants is complex, but the main air pollutants are divided into sulfide, nitrogen oxide,PM2.5 and PM 10.The concentration of these four pollutants is the main indicator of air pollution, and also the main pollutant discharged by ships in inland waterways. The air pollution concentration can be measured by instruments, but the prediction of air pollution concentration in advance can play an important role in the ship prevention and control management of the channel. In this paper, the pollutant concentration of the port area is predicted by the comprehensive calculation of the pollutant emission of the ship in the channel, the climate information of the port area and the geographical distribution of the port area.In this paper, the concentration of air pollutants in port area is predicted by the following process:1.Using Aermet model, the standardized meteorological distribution results are output, which are used for the final pollutant concentration calculation, including the ground meteorological distribution and the high-altitude meteorological distribution. The input data of Aermet model is non standardized meteorological forecast data, including ground data and altitude data. The meteorological data in this paper are obtained by crawler. The units of each parameter are not consistent with the requirements of Aermet, and the time granularity is not consistent with the time granularity required by Aermet model. Therefore, preprocessing and interpolation are needed.2.Using aermap model, output the normalized terrain distribution results for the final pollutant concentration calculation. The input data of aermap model is digital elevation model(DEM)image data of terrain. The DEM image data of this paper is obtained according to each port, including 16 ports such as Chongqing port,Wuhan port and Nanjing port. After aermap calculation, the receptor file is obtained, including the terrain distribution results.3.Using AERMOD model, using meteorological distribution data, terrain distribution data and pollutant line source data, the pollutant concentration distribution data of the whole port area is output.Based on the above three steps to calculate the concentration distribution of air pollutants, the basic functions of the system are as follows:1.Technical framework design:according to the hierarchical theory, the whole technical framework is designed with three layers:expression layer, service layer and data layer.2.Basic function design:the whole function module is divided into air pollutant distribution prediction display, meteorological distribution display and other functional modules.3.Other related modules:system security related, such as user information security, etc. |
