With the continuous progress of society,flow analysis technology,as a solution composition analysis technology,is widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment,medical field,geological waters,chemical analysis,engineering technology and other industries.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the calibration results,how to calibrate the performance of the flow analyzer,how to build standards and carry out the legitimate calibration work,that is,the measurement calibration method of the flow analyzer is the subject of this paper.The research content of this paper can provide theoretical support for relevant enterprises and inspection institutions to calibrate the flow analysis device,ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results of the flow analysis device,and provide technical support for the product quality of enterprises.In this paper,the uncertainty of the measurement and calibration technology of the flow analysis device is evaluated and tested.Firstly,the working principle of the flow analysis device is summarized,and its mathematical model and the uncertainty calculation model of the main technical parameters are analyzed.Secondly,the uncertainty of the measurement results based on the FIA is evaluated,and the linear errors such as the wavelength indication error,volatile phenol,anionic surfactant and so on are calculated The uncertainty of measurement results based on continuous flow analysis(CFA)is evaluated again,and the uncertainty of measurement results of linear errors such as wavelength indication error,volatile phenol and detection limit of volatile phenol in CFA is calculated.Finally,the measurement and calibration test data are obtained through test,and the test results meet the requirements。Therefore,the research in this paper provides technical support for the flow analysis device to achieve high-precision measurement and calibration.
