| Hydrogen sulfide(H2S)is the third new gas signal molecule discovered after carbon monoxide(CO)and nitric oxide(NO).Relevant studies have shown that H2S participates in plant growth and development by promoting seed gemination,root development and photosynthesis.In this experiment,sodium sulfide(Na2S)at different concentrations(0,0.025,0.05,0.1,0.25,0.5 and 0.8 mmol/L)were used as H2S donors.The effects of H2S on biomass and quality of leaf vegetables of Siji green Chinese cabbage、Suzhou green Rapeseed、Siji Pterocladia tenuis Okam、American high-speed heat-resistant Lettuce cultured in hydroponics were studied.At the same time,the optimum Na2S concentration was obtained.The main results are as follows:1.Na2S has obvious promoting effect on leaf vegetables crops.The seeds were germinated and planted in hydroponics after growing green leaves.The Na2S solution with different concentration was continuously treated for 3 to 4 times from the beginning of the two leaves in one heart.Each time interval was 24 hours,and then cultured in nutrient solution for 120 hours,which was treated as a cycle,and continuously treated for 4-6 cycles.The results showed that Na2S at suitable concentration could promote the growth of leaf vegetables and enhance their photosynthesis,and the chlorophyll content would increase significantly,thus increasing their biomass.2.Na2S can improve the quality of leaf vegetables crops.The results showed that the appropriate concentration of Na2S could significantly increase the content of vitamin C and soluble protein in leaf vegetables and improve their nutritional value.3.The use of Na2S has dose effect,low concentration has a promoting effect,while high concentration has an inhibiting effect.According to the variety of leaf vegetables,the optimum concentration will be different.However,the effective concentration of Na2S was 0.05-0.5 mmol/L.Based on the experimental results of leaf vegetables and on the basis of good research results,the effects of H2S donor Na2S on crop growth were also tested in field.In this experiment,Na2S solutions with different concentrations(0,0.025,0.05,0.1,0.25,0.5 and 0.8 mmol/L)were used as H2S donors.The effects of H2S on the yield and quality of sulv 2 and sukang 3 green beans,and red beans of Suhong 2 and Suhong 3 were studied.And the best Na2S concentration was obtained.The main results are as follows:1.Na2S can significantly increase the yield of legume crops.The legumes were watered every 3 to 4 days after sowing.At the initial stage of growth(4 to 5 leaves were grown)the legumes were irrigated with different concentrations of Na2S solution for 1 to 2 times,with an interval of 2 to 3 days.Na2S mixture was sprayed on the leaves of crops at flowering stage for 3 times,8 to 10 days at intervals.According to the final statistics of yield,the number of pods per plant,the grains per plant number,the yield of per plant and 1000-grain weight increased significantly.2.Na2S can improve the quality of legumes.The results showed that the soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of legumes could be significantly increased by Na2S culture at appropriate concentration,and the nutritional value of legumes could be improved.In conclusion,the results of laboratory and field experiments show that H2S donor Na2S plays an important role in increasing yield of leaf vegetables and legumes.Na2S promotes crop growth by promoting photosynthesis,increasing chlorophyll content and photosynthetic efficiency,thereby increasing yield.The accumulation of Photosynthate increased the content of soluble protein and other components.On the other hand,the use of Na2S may promote crop growth by promoting root development,root storage and absorption of nutrients.The biomass of Siji green Chinese cabbage、Suzhou green Rapeseed、Siji Pterocladia tenuis Okam、American high-speed heat-resistant Lettuce increased to a certain extent after Na2S treatment at different concentrations.At the same time,the content of vitamin C and soluble protein also increased to a certain extent.The yield and fruit size of Sulv 2 green bean,Sukang 3 green bean and Suhong 2 red bean,Suhong 3 red bean treated with different concentrations of Na2S increased significantly,and the soluble sugar content and soluble protein content also increased. |
