Research On The Design Of Light Food Ceramic Tableware

Due to the spread of Corona-virus disease last year,people have a deeper understanding of healthy and quality life,and pay more and more attention to the enhancement of personal physical fitness and physical and mental health.As the basis of human activities,diet directly determines people’s health.Among them,"light food" diet is a scientific,healthy and balanced diet concept,to advocate pure and ecological diet,the pursuit of simple,healthy and stress-free life as the purpose,has been widely sought after at home and abroad.Through the investigat ion of the light food market,the author found that the light food tableware was almost not designed at present,and there were some problems such as homogeniz ation of shape and single function.The design of light eating tableware is out of sync with the development of light eating culture,which cannot satisfy people’s aesthetic psychology and the need of scientific eating.This paper uses literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey methods to study the related theories and practices of light food culture and ceramic tableware design,rethink the function and value of tableware,and then reposition and redesign light food ceramic tableware.Aims to realize the combination of practicability,health,science and avant-garde in the design of light food tableware,provide some design thinking and reference for the design of healthy eating tableware in the future,and promote more people who pursue a better quality of life to join the wave of light food healthy eating in.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which investigates and analyzes the development status of light food tableware and ceramic tableware in the current market,and refines the problems in the design of light food tableware;the second chapter explains the concept of light food culture,Connotation and development advantages of ceramic tableware;Chapter 3 c larifies the three innovative ways of tableware design of "health","individuality" and "easy" and "function","decoration" and "cultural symbols",and clarifies lightness Design ideas for ceramic tableware for food and drink;Chapter 4 proposes a multi-angle design method based on design ideas,combined with design positioning and material characteristics,and establishes a complete design system for ceramic tableware for light food;Chapter 5 is a design plan for ceramic tableware for light food The sixth chapter is the conclusion,summarizing the full text and expecting a more healthy and scientific tableware design in the future.
