Study On The Role Of Grassroots Government In Rural Garbage Classification

Since the 21 st century,the Chinese government has paid more attention to the construction of new countryside.The rural economy has ushered in rapid development,the living standards of farmers have improved,and the way of life has undergone tremendous changes.While people’s material and spiritual lives continue to be enriched,the environmental pollution problems in rural areas have become more and more serious.Problems such as garbage surrounding rivers and villages and random discharge of sewage are still common.Rural garbage classification and treatment urgently need to be put on the agenda.At present,some rural areas in my country have begun to implement garbage classification,but the problem of “dirty,messy,and poor” is still prominent.It is difficult for rural residents to effectively classify garbage.This not only destroys the local human settlements,but also affects people’s health.Health is harmful and has greatly affected the process of modernization in rural areas.This article focuses on the role of the grassroots government in the classification of rural waste in Xiantao City and conducts questionnaires and interviews,obtains relevant data and materials,provides first-hand information for the study of rural waste classification and management,and finds solutions and methods.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance of this paper and the current research status at home and abroad,briefly introduces the research methods and technical routes adopted in this research,and points out the innovations and deficiencies of this research.The second part defines the relevant concepts of this research,and gives the theoretical basis and policy basis of this research.The third part is the status quo of waste classification of rural residents in Xiantao City,through field interviews to understand the basic situation of the rural areas under the jurisdiction of the four towns.The fourth part describes the role of the grassroots government in the classification of rural garbage and the problems that have arisen.The fifth part compares and learns from the good experience of domestic and foreign rural waste classification grassroots governments.The sixth part is the countermeasure research,mainly from improving the laws,regulations and policy system,improving the coordinated governance of multiple subjects,increasing capital investment and publicity and education,improving the assessment and supervision system,etc.,and put forward suggestions to promote the effective classification of rural waste.
