Engine is the main source of power for transportation,with the development of digital society,the types and quantities of electronic devices used in transportation tools are increasing.Relevant studies have shown that the energy contained in engine exhaust accounts for about 28% to 44% of the entire energy dissipation.It can be seen that the use of exhaust gas energy for power generation is of great significance.At present,most of the rectifier circuits used in exhaust gas high-speed power generation systems are diode rectifier circuits.The diode has a large loss under low-voltage and high-current conditions,resulting in low efficiency of the power generation system.Applying synchronous rectification technology to the power generation system can effectively solve this problem.In this paper,the mathematical model of each part of the engine is established,the simulation model of the diesel engine has built using GT-Power,the emission parameters and the law of exhaust gas energy change are studied under different operating conditions.According to the relevant parameters of the engine exhaust gas,the matching design of the engine and the turbo generator is studied.The working characteristics of different types of turbines and high-speed generators are analyzed,and mathematical models of generators and rectifiers are established.In order to improve the efficiency of the power generation system,this paper studies the energy-saving technologies of high-speed and low-voltage power generation systems.The working principle and driving mode of the three-phase synchronous rectification circuit are described,and the main circuit of the three-phase synchronous rectification has detailed design.In order to increase the efficiency of the rectifier circuit,this article optimizes the design of the drive control circuit.The power loss of the rectifier circuit has theoretically analyzed,and a simulation model of the three-phase synchronous rectifier circuit has built to confirm the correctness of the circuit design.In order to verification the energy-saving effect of the three-phase synchronous rectification circuit,this paper designs and builds an experimental platform for the engine exhaust gas power generation system.The experimental results show that the three-phase synchronous rectifier circuit can operate stably and reliably in the exhaust gas high-speed power generation system.The working efficiency of the synchronous rectifier circuit can reach more than 97%.Compared with the traditional diode rectifier circuit,the highest efficiency increased by 19.42%.The three-phase synchronous rectifier circuit has obvious energy-saving effects in high-speed power generation systems,and has certain practical application value.
