Boron-containing heterocyclic compounds have very good research value in medicinal chemistry and organic synthesis,and also have broad application prospects in the field of medicine.[3.1.0]Bicyclic skeletons are widely found in natural products with biological activity.Chiral phosphinamide ligands,as a new type of ligand developed for phosphine ligands,have significant application value in asymmetric reactions.Based on this,this article introduces the palladium-catalyzed intermolecular boronization and cyclization reaction of 1,6-enyne and boron reagents,and obtained borane-based bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane derivatives and borane-based heterocyclic compounds at the same time,chiral ligands such as phosphinamide have been synthesized and will try to be used in the research of the above-mentioned asymmetric reaction.1、Cyclopropane building blocks are widely used in medicinal chemistry,and the high-tension[3.1.0]bicyclic skeleton is widely used in organic synthesis.In this article,1,6-enyne derivatives and pinacol diboronic acid are used as raw materials for the reaction,DCE as the solvent,palladium acetylacetonate as the catalyst,acetic acid as the additive,and the reaction is carried out at 40℃ for 12 hours under nitrogen atmosphere to synthesize borane-based bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane derivatives.Compared with the existing synthetic methods,this strategy has the advantages of easier access to raw materials,mild reaction and better functional group compatibility.2、Boron-containing heterocyclic compounds have broad application prospects in the field of antifungal and antiviral.In this chapter,1,6-enyne derivatives and pinacol diboronic acid are used as raw materials to react under the same reaction conditions in(1)to synthesize a series of boron-containing five-membered cyclic compounds with different substituent groups.3、Based on the above study of boronization and cyclization,we have designed and synthesized a series of chiral phosphinamide and chiral phosphonic acid ligands,and will explore their role in controlling the enantioselectivity of the reaction in asymmetric boronization and cyclization.
