Objective:To use near-infrared spectroscopy as a research method, establish a rapid analysis method for the main quality control index components(Sodium Estrone Sulfate,Sodium Equilin Sulfate)in mare’s urine,It is used to predict the main components of mare’s urine, and to realize rapid quality evaluation and quality control of pregnant mare’s.Methods:A total of 240 pregnant mare’s urine samples were collected from 10herders in Xinyuan County during the whole collection period by using HPLC method.the content of sodium estrone sulfate and sodium equilin sulfate in pregnant mare’s urine was determined as reference values.the near-infrared spectrum of pregnant mare’s urine samples was obtained by scanning with near-infrared spectrometer.Partial least squares method and related stoichiometric calculations were used to establish a quantitative analysis model of sodium estrone sulfate and sodium equilin sulfate in pregnant mare’s urine.the quantitative analysis models were verified by near-infrared detection methodologies to evaluate the accuracy and applicability of the models.the optimal quantitative analysis model was used and the full collection period of pregnant mare’s urine was put into use to predict the index components in pregnant mare’s urine urine. Results:The quantitative model analysis model of the two index components was established. Its internal cross-validation determination coefficients(R~2)were 0.9443 and0.9228,respectively.the cross-validation correction standard deviations(SECV)were 4.16,5.81,and the corrected standard deviation(SEC)is 1.77 and 2.64 respectively methodological verification results show, the SEP values of sodium estrone sulfate quantitative analysis models are all greater than 6 and less than 10 and the SEP values of sodium squilin sulfate are greater than 15,both are greater than SECV and SEC,It is proved that the quantitative model of the two index components has wide applicability.prediction by randomly drawing400 pregnant mare’s samples the absolute error between the predicted value of NIR and the actual measurement does not exceed 7%,and the average relative error is 5.34%。Conclusion:The method is fast, accurate, simple, and high stability,It can be used to evaluate the quality of major estrogen components in urine of pregnant mare’s.
