Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Classification And Control Of Rural Garbage

China is a large agricultural country,rural areas,agriculture is the foundation of the country,the party’s 19 th CPC National Congress report stressed that to "implement the strategy of rural revitalization ",we must build " industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,rich life " beautiful countryside.Under the background of the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization by the Party Central Committee at present,if China wants to become beautiful and to build a beautiful countryside,it must keep the green water and green mountains,continuously promote the construction of rural ecological civilization and deepen the development of the new socialist countryside.With the rapid development of rural economy in China,the living standard of farmers is constantly improving,and the total amount of garbage produced in production and life is increasing rapidly.The problem of garbage has gradually become an important factor that puzzles the sustainable development of rural environment,economy and society.Therefore,popularizing the classification of rural garbage can block the channels of polluting the environment from the source and realize the purpose of improving the quality of villagers’ living environment.At present,there are many problems in the classification of rural garbage in China,such as the environmental awareness of rural garbage classification has not been deeply rooted in the people’s mind,the construction fund gap in rural garbage treatment procedures,the shortage of garbage treatment technology and facilities,and the lack of legal and institutional construction.By going deep into the rural areas under the jurisdiction of Cuozhen,Feidong County,Anhui Province,using scientific investigation and research methods,combining with the professional knowledge learned,the author fully understands and grasps the present situation of local rural garbage classification and disposal,combs the existing problems,and summarizes the effective solutions.Hope to build beautiful villages,create a new situation of rural development,rural revitalization strategy to make their own contribution.
