Research On Maturity Evaluation Of Safety Management Of Housing Construction Project

In recent years,with the development of new technologies and new businesses such as national intelligent construction,green building,prefabricated building,transformation of old residential areas and new infrastructure,the housing construction market continues to expand in the structural adjustment.However,there are many unsafe factors in housing construction projects,such as complex construction environment,more mechanical equipment and cross construction,which lead to frequent safety accidents.The occurrence of safety accidents will have a profound impact on the country,society and the families of victims.At this stage,although many housing construction project managers can realize the unique safety management characteristics and severe situation of housing construction project,they lack a quantitative and effective evaluation system to ensure the smooth development of the project.Based on the maturity theory,this paper constructs the maturity model of safety management of housing construction project,which is used to evaluate the level of safety management of housing construction project,find out the outstanding problems existing in the process of project safety management,and put forward suggestions for improvement,so as to promote the improvement of safety management level of housing construction project.First,this paper decomposes the safety management of building projects,determines the main factors affecting the safety of building projects,and further optimizes the index system by expert scoring,and determines the maturity evaluation index body of safety management of housing construction projects department.Secondly,the maturity of safety management of building projects is divided into five levels from low to high:Chaos level,simple level,standard level,controllable level and optimization level.Then,the weight of maturity evaluation index is determined by AHP,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the maturity.Finally,taking the project of science Valley Digital Town in Zhengdong New Area of Zhengzhou as an example,the paper has learned the project safety management,clarified the short board and loopholes of project safety management and put forward improvement suggestions,which verified the effectiveness of the model.The research of this paper not only enriches the evaluation of safety management in the housing construction project,but also guides the project managers to make up for the shortcomings and forge the long board of project safety management,so as to improve the ability of project safety risk prevention and control,and effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
