Reform and opening up have brought about a new development course for China’s economic development.The improvement of the level of personal disposable funds has raised people’s demand for private transportation,and led to the development of the automobile manufacturing industry.With the rapid development of automobile manufacturing industry,enterprises are required to ensure the life safety of employees and the property of enterprises in the production process.Therefore,enterprises should study and prevent these problems.In order to improve the safety of automobile production workshop and ensure the property safety of enterprises,this paper studies the risk and insurance of automobile manufacturing industry.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,this paper expounds the research background,significance,risk assessment and insurance research status of large automobile manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad,and introduces the concept and characteristics of large automobile manufacturing enterprises as well as the definition of related insurance;Secondly,this paper analyzes the property and personal risks of large automobile manufacturing enterprises from four aspects of human machine environment management,establishes the risk evaluation index system and determines the risk level by using the analytic hierarchy process and safety checklist method;Then from the rules and regulations,personnel management,production equipment management,operating environment,safety management and safety culture six aspects of the optimization and improvement measures.Finally,the safety rating of Brilliance China Automobile Company is given based on the actual situation of the company.According to the result of risk evaluation and the floating rate table,the reasonable floating rate of property insurance and personal insurance is determined respectively,and the insured amount is determined on the basis of it,and the final premium is calculated,and the insurance plan and countermeasures are given.To establish and perfect the safety management system,reduce the accident rate and restore the production after the disaster.
