So far,the fluorescent molecules of isoquinoline derivatives are mainly used for liquid-phase fluorescent chemical sensing, and the study of their solid-state photophysical properties and their applications in related fields are rarely reported.Based on this research background,we have achieved the synthesis of a series of multi-substituted isoquinolines with novel structure and two-phase luminescence properties through the reaction of a simple and easy-to-obtain 4H-pyran derivative with a secondary amine in this article. The reaction had advantages of metal-free,mild conditions, simple operation, and good yields, which was realized by a ring-opening and sequential ring-closing mechanism.Further through the structural modification of the 1-position of the isoquinoline ring,a multi-substituted isoquinoline fluorescent molecule with polymorphism, mechanochromic and acidochromic properties.Using dicyanomethylene-4H-pyran derivatives and secondary amines as raw materials,a series of novel multi-substituted dihydroisoquinoline derivatives were synthesized through a ring-opening and continuous ring-closing reaction mechanism. This reaction had the advantages of readily available materials, simple operations, mild reaction conditions,a broad substrate scope, and good yields. The derivatives displayed solid-state fluorescence with the emission wavelengths covering the whole visible light range, exhibits the properties of mechanofluorochromic phenomenon, and full-color-tunable emissions could also be realized by mechanofluorochromism.
