The technology based on simulated moving bed is a chromatographic separation technology widely used in the medical and pharmaceutical,chemical industry,food and other industries.The technology based on simulated moving bed is a chromatographic separation technology widely used in the medical and pharmaceutical,chemical industry,food and other industries.Therefore,starting with the characteristic parameters of solid phase materials,the influence of the particle size of different solid phase materials on fluid fluidity,then the fluid flow characteristics of the entire packing area can be obtained,that is,the flow characteristics of the solid phase adsorption area of the simulated moving bed can be accurately reflected.This paper uses a porous media model to describe the solid material particles in the solid phase adsorption zone,analyzed the flow process of fluid in solid-phase packing based on the porous media model and the hydrodynamic phenomena generated during the flow process,and analyze the influence of these hydrodynamic phenomena on the flow characteristics of the fluid.Established a three-dimensional model of the internal space of the filling area,and carried out mesh division,The FLUENT simulation software is used to simulate the liquid phase flow in the internal flow field of the filler area based on the porous media model under different particle sizes.Based on the porous media model,the flow resistance caused by the viscous effect of the fluid in the solid phase filler area is calculated.The pressure distribution of each particle size and the flow resistance of each particle size are analyzed,and the pressure distribution rule of the packing area when the liquid phase flows and the change rule of the pressure drop in the medium of different particle sizes are obtained.The pressure distribution of each particle size and the flow resistance of each particle size are analyzed,and the pressure distribution rule of the packing area when the liquid phase flows and the change rule of the pressure drop in the medium of different particle sizes are obtained.Simulate liquid injection and elution under industrial production conditions by means of experiments,and measure the time required for liquid injection under different diameter fillers to measure the fluidity of the fluid,and obtain an experiment consistent with the simulated flow resistance result.Then the concentration density of the product is measured,and the filler parameters that are beneficial to production are obtained.This paper studies the pressure distribution,pressure drop,liquid phase efficiency and product concentration in the packing area based on the simulated moving bed equipment,and provides a certain theoretical basis for production optimization in engineering problems.
