| The new EPS module pouring wall is a new structural system which integrates loadbearing and thermal insulation.The system has the advantages of good thermal insulation performance,template wall integration,fast construction and installation,green energy saving and so on.The module realizes the synchronous implementation of building structure and thermal insulation engineering,which is in line with the concept of green ecological building and energy conservation and emission reduction.Therefore,it has a wide application prospect in rural buildings,post disaster reconstruction and low rise energysaving buildings in seismic fortification areas.Compared with the traditional EPS module,the new EPS module studied in this paper has the appearance of tin shaped thin section,which reduces the area of the bridge after pouring and greatly increases the bearing area of the wall.For the new EPS module,the research of new structure wall is less and the theory is not perfect.Therefore,the research of new EPS module pouring wall has important practical significance.The main work and conclusions are as follows(1)According to the "technical specification for application of self-compacting concrete" and the characteristics of new EPS module building construction technology,the slump,expansion,middle edge difference and cube compressive strength of self-compacting concrete with different mix proportions are studied,and the C30 self-compacting concrete mix proportion suitable for new EPS module pouring wall is determined.(2)Through the pouring test of new EPS module wall(length × width × height:1200mm × 300mm × 3000mm),the whole layer pouring technology of new EPS module in the construction of rural housing system is studied to improve the construction efficiency.This paper puts forward the bonded prestressed lateral support technology,which significantly improves the lateral stiffness of the new EPS module pouring wall,makes the new EPS module pouring wall achieve the whole layer pouring in the construction of rural housing system,improves the construction efficiency,and improves the slurry leakage phenomenon between the wall modules.By cutting the wall surface module,it can be seen that the internal concrete pouring is dense,without honeycomb and pitted surface.(3)Through the axial and eccentric compression performance tests of five new EPS module pouring walls,the failure mode,strain and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens under different eccentricities are studied.The results show that:after the pouring of the new EPS module pouring wall,there is a connecting bridge between the concrete and the new EPS module,which leads to the failure of the wall Firstly,it appears at the connecting bridge,and finally the wall failure ends with the concrete failure in the compression zone;the new EPS module pouring wall shows good bearing capacity,in which the ultimate bearing capacity of the axial compression specimen is 3389.4kn,and the eccentric distance of the wall increases gradually,and the ultimate bearing capacity decreases accordingly.(4)On the basis of the test,the finite element model of the new EPS module pouring wall is established by using ABAQUS finite element software,and the ultimate bearing capacity,steel bar and concrete strain of the specimen are compared and analyzed.The analysis results are in good agreement with the test results,which can provide analysis methods and theoretical basis for engineering design. |
