Ultra-stable perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)glass has attracted extensive attention due to its high photoluminescence quantum yield, high transmittance and full spectrum tunablity. In this paper, the third-order nonlinear optical properties of Cs Pb X3(X=Cl/Br,Br)NCs glasses were investigated.Blue and red stimulated emission were obtained from Cs Pb(Cl/Br)3 NCs glasses and Cs Pb(Br/I)3 NCs glasses by controlling the heat treatment conditions and halogen ratio. The self-crystallization of Cs Pb Br3 NCs glass was inhibited by controlling the content of Zn O,and the rewritable data storage was realized by femtosecond(fs)induced crystallization and low temperature heat treatment. The research content of this paper is as follows:(1)A series of CsPbX3(X=Cl/Br,Br)NCs glasses were synthesized by melt quenching by precise control of halogen ratio and heat treatment conditions, and their structure characterization and linear optical properties were analyzed. The third-order nonlinear optical properties of them were investigated systematically based on a nonlinear optical imaging technique with the phase-object(NIT-PO)at 532 nm for the first time. And their nonlinear absorption coefficients(β:~10-12-10-11 m/W)increased with increasing heat treatment temperature and the content of Br-.The sign of nonlinear refractive index(γ)was related to halogen ratio.Cs Pb(Cl/Br)3 NCs glasses exhibited self-focusing reverse saturation absorption effect, while Cs Pb Br3 NCs glasses showed self-defocusing reverse saturation absorption effect. In addition,Cs Pb X3(X=Cl/Br,Br)NCs glasses exhibited excellent water, heat and laser stability, which revealed its broad application prospects in the field of optical limiting materials.(2)A series of large size CsPb(Cl/Br)3 NCs glasses were prepared by melt quenching and controlling heat treatment conditions, while the content of perovskite-related components in perovskite NCs glasses was increased.Low-threshold stimulated emission from blue to cyan under two-photon excitation at room temperature was carried out at room temperature. For the thresholds of Cs Pb(Cl/Br)3 NCs glasses, which were decreased with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time.Cs Pb(Cl/Br)3 NCs glasses exhibited excellent thermal cycling stability and long-term high temperature stability, which provides a new opportunity for ultra-stable blue-emission lasers.(3)CsPbX3(X=Br,I)NCs glasses were prepared by melt quenching method.Phase separation of mixed-halogen perovskites and phase transformation of cubic Cs Pb I3 NCs were inhibited by coating with inert inorganic oxide glass matrix.By doping Br-ions into the Cs Pb I3NCs to partially replace I-ions,the optical efficiency and the optical gain properties were significantly improved.Under low temperature two-photon excitation, the red-emitting random lasing at 590 nm was realized with the assistance of anion modulation. In addition,red-emitting perovskite NCs glass show strong water stability after immersion in water for one week, seeding a promise for application in high-definition displays and photonic devices.(4)We proposed inhibiting the self-crystallization of CsPbBr3 NCs glass by adjusting the content of the Zn O content(4-20 mol%)to control the crystallization temperature for the first time.Non-self-crystallized Cs Pb Br3 NCs glass was applied in the rewritable data storage by combining the fs laser-induced crystallization,annealing(460℃/0.5 h)and fs laser erasing(20 m W).This study paved the way for the practical application of Cs Pb Br3NCs glass in information storage, security, and anti-counterfeiting.
