The Wuling Mountainous Area in Hunan is a double intersection between a sensitive ecological zone and an economically poor and backward zone,and it faces a huge challenge to realize the "win-win" of industrial development and ecological environmental protection.Especially for rural industries with strong natural attributes,their development path should be a sustainable development path that is compatible with the specific ecological environment characteristics of the region.Therefore,this research embeds the development of rural industries in specific ecologically sensitive environments,grasps the characteristics of regional ecological sensitivity and the characteristics of rural industry development,identifies the sensitive environmental impacts and optimization priorities of regional rural industrial development,and explores differentiated rural industries based on regional ecological sensitivity develop optimized countermeasures.Methods such as means of variance analysis and ArcGIS spatial weighted superposition were used to evaluate the sensitivity of water environment,soil erosion,habitat and comprehensive ecological.The results show that the water environment in the area is mainly insensitive and lightly sensitive,the soil erosion is mainly lightly sensitive and moderately sensitive,and the habitat sensitivity is strong and moderately sensitive.The overall ecological sensitivity is mainly mild and moderately sensitive.Cili County,Yongding District,Anhua County and other places have relatively high ecological sensitivity.Establish an indicator system that includes four dimensions of industrial scale structure,agricultural production capacity,vitality of industrial elements,and agricultural quality and benefit for comprehensive evaluation of rural industrial development.The comparative evaluation index found that the overall development of rural industries in the area was at a low level,and only a few areas were at a high level.The index of each sub-dimension is also low,mainly reflected in the small scale of agriculture and the small proportion of non-agricultural labor employment;low comprehensive agricultural production capacity and agricultural labor productivity;insufficient support for agricultural mechanization,technology and information;rural residents per capita disposable income is not high and the income gap between urban and rural areas is large,and regions need to improve their shortcoming indicators.Taking the comprehensive index of rural industry development as the dependent variable,the geographic detector is used to detect the impact of ecologically sensitive factors and industry-related factors on the development of rural industries.The results show that the single factor of ecological sensitivity is weak,far lower than the impact of industrialization and informatization,economic and industry scale,urbanization and other industrial factors.But the interaction between ecological sensitive factors and industry-related factors is strong and shows a non-linear enhancement model,especially the interactive influence of drinking water source protection area,rainfall,normalized vegetation index and industrialization,informatization and agricultural scale.Therefore,the development of rural industries in the area must not be separated from the ecologically sensitive environment,and major influencing factors must be grasped for key breakthroughs.Combining the regional ecological sensitivity and the characteristics of rural industry development,cluster analysis is used to point out the relative optimization focus of rural industry development.Aiming at comprehensive ecological sensitivity,it includes optimized content such as upgrading industry,ecological environmental protection,and environment and industry double improvement.For single-factor ecological sensitivity,including optimization content such as restriction or prohibition of related activities,industrial structure adjustment,and development model transformation.Finally,it proposes a differentiated rural industry development optimization strategy that alleviates sensitive environmental constraints,complements the shortcomings of rural industry development,and seizes key impacts and coupling conflicts.
