| In recent years,with the growing global economic volume,the global warming problem is becoming more and more serious.It has become a common consensus in the world to slow down the emission of greenhouse gases.In order to cope with the severe climate change,China announced that the total carbon emissions will reach the peak by 2030 and achieve the"30,60" carbon emission reduction target of carbon neutralization by 2060.The trading system of carbon emission right mainly through market mechanism to control greenhouse gas emissions will become the key measure to achieve the carbon emission reduction target by market regulation.As one of the main participants in carbon trading,the power industry,which takes thermal power generation as the main way,has a large proportion of carbon emissions.Therefore,the carbon emission reduction effect of thermal power enterprises will directly affect the realization of national carbon emission reduction goals.The active participation of thermal power enterprises in carbon trading is not only the premise of survival and development of enterprises,but also the key to achieve the national carbon emission reduction goals.Based on the research and analysis of the theory of carbon trading mechanism and carbon trading adaptability evaluation,this paper makes clear the connotation of the adaptability evaluation of thermal power enterprises,and fully considers the actual situation of carbon trading in thermal power enterprises in China.The paper evaluates the carbon trading adaptability of thermal power enterprises by ism and AHP paste evaluation method.Firstly,through the research of relevant domestic and foreign literature,this paper selects the relevant factors influencing the adaptation of thermal power enterprises to carbon trading from five aspects:carbon emission reduction effect,production process adaptability,carbon trading market participation,management adaptability and application of carbon emission reduction technology.The paper uses the interpretive structure model to sort out the relationship among the selected influencing factors,and divides the structural relations of the influencing factors,and clarifies the importance level of each factor in influencing the thermal power enterprises to adapt to the carbon trading system.Secondly,according to the relevant factors obtained by ISM model analysis,the evaluation index system of carbon transaction adaptability of thermal power enterprises is established,and the weight of adaptability indexes of each level is calculated by AHP.Finally,the paper calculates the adaptability of carbon transaction of target layer and each level index by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and quantitatively shows the adaptability of thermal power enterprises to carbon transaction.The results show that the factors that influence the coal-fired power enterprises to adapt to the trading system of carbon emission right include carbon emission quota and carbon trading system construction.At present,the adaptation of China’s thermal power enterprises to the carbon emission trading system is in the middle of "better" and "general" stage.Among them,the carbon emission reduction technology application index score of thermal power enterprises is the highest,followed by the better evaluation results of carbon emission reduction effect and production process adaptability index of thermal power enterprises,and the evaluation score of adaptability index of thermal power enterprise management and carbon trading market participation index of thermal power enterprises is slightly lower.Finally,this paper,combined with the analysis results and the background of carbon emission trading,provides specific constructive suggestions from the perspective of adaptability preparation of thermal power enterprises and public policy selection of relevant government departments. |
