Overall,cybersecurity is one of the most important aspects of the operation of modern railways on daily base.With the rapid development of our country’s intelligent high-speed rail and the continuous improvement of informatization construction,various railway business areas rely on informatization more and more,and in another word,there is a dependency on information technology has been built and derived problem due to this trend is becoming rather serious.In recent years,the railway has vigorously developed cybersecurity construction and achieved good results.However,due to its late start,there is still a certain gap between the railway and advanced industries and fields.How to shift cybersecurity working type from the more ‘afterward-worry’ one to the ‘preventive one’ and avoiding cybersecurity risks from the source are issues that the railway industry currently needs to solve urgently.Cybersecurity risk analysis is the core of "prevention in advance" of railway cybersecurity,it can help to find and solve problems accurately through efficient and accurate risk analysis.As we all know,traditional risk evaluation system could analyses the cyber risk of our rail way on a level,but there is still a long way to go from "efficient and accurate".Under the background of big data,it is an effective method to realize the "prevention in advance" of railway cybersecurity by using data mining technology in the field of railway cybersecurity risk analysis.Based on the investigation of the actual needs of various units in the railway industry,this paper studies and proposes railway cybersecurity risk analysis and optimization ideas,and establishes a risk analysis index system.After comprehensive comparison,choose to use Apriori algorithm to carry out association analysis,and improved the Apriori algorithm;Puts forward the risk correlation analysis method of railway cybersecurity,and carry out application analysis based on the actual scene.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)By investigating the actual needs of the cybersecurity risk analysis work of various railway units,comprehensively researching the limitations of the current risk analysis methods,and putting forward ideas for optimization of railway risk analysis methods.(2)Combined with the characteristics of railway cybersecurity and work practice,around the three aspects of management support,technical support and operation and maintenance support,established an index system of railway cybersecurity risk analysis.(3)Combined with the actual work needs,analyzed and compared the characteristics and application scenarios of common association analysis algorithms,used Apriori algorithm to support risk analysis,and optimized and improved the algorithm aiming at the shortcomings,improved the computational efficiency of the algorithm.(4)Combined with the actual evaluation data,used the railway cybersecurity risk association analysis method based on improved Apriori algorithm,carried out the application research from data acquisition,processing,calculation and other aspects,analyzed the strong associated risk and secondary associated risk,provided exploration target for the future railway industry to carry out cybersecurity risk analysis.
