| Although coal mining has brought huge economic benefits to the society to a certain extent,it has also brought a lot of negative effects, resulting in groundwater infiltration, soil erosion, land subsidence, cracks, large mined-out areas and serious decline in soil quality and performance. In recent years, with the implementation of a series of land reclamation projects, coal mining areas have been controlled and treated to a certain extent.Near infrared spectroscopy is one of the research hotspots in modern times.Compared with the traditional chemical metrology method,it has the advantages of obtaining soil nutrient information quickly, accurately, without pollution and without damage, and provides an important means for evaluating soil quality and monitoring soil quality information. In view of this, this paper carries out chemical analysis of organic matter content of 100 soil samples collected in the reclamation area of Panyi Coal Mine,Huainan City, and collects spectral data of indoor soil samples.Six mathematical methods(smoothing,first-order differential,second-order differential, logarithmic first-order differential of reciprocal, logarithmic second-order differential of reciprocal and normalization)are used to preprocess the original spectral information of soil samples, and Pearson correlation is used to screen out the characteristic sensitive response bands with significant correlation.smooth model: 0.53,2.21,1.58;first order differential model: 0.74,1.50,1.92;second order differential model: 0.65,2.12,1.78;logarithmic first-order differential model of reciprocal: 0.69,1.89,1.83;logarithmic second-order differential model of reciprocal:0.63,1.88,1.65;normalized model: 0.80,1.08,2.10;Comprehensive evaluation indexes of various models, the stability and prediction accuracy of partial least squares regression model of soil organic matter content in reclamation area constructed by normalization treatment are the best. The research results of this paper are also in line with the results of previous studies, which proves the universality of this method in real life again. It is a very good attempt to analyze the near infrared spectral characteristics of soil composition information and reveal the relationship between the sensitive response band of near infrared spectral characteristics and soil organic matter content. |
