| Since China is a large country with a large population,the demand for vaccines in China is also greater than in other countries.Nowadays,with the significant improvement of the living standard of Chinese residents,residents’ awareness of safety and health care is also gradually enhanced,and vaccines are playing an increasingly important role in life.Although the vaccine and blood products industry has a promising future,the quality problems of vaccines in China have emerged one after another in recent years.The national regulation and public doubts have raised the entry threshold of the industry,which makes the competition among leading enterprises in the industry more intense.Among them,the research and development of vaccines and the innovation of blood products equipment have become the key to the promotion of enterprise status,and these research and development work is inseparable from human capital.Faced with such a situation,more and more bio-pharmaceutical enterprises choose to implement equity incentive plan to enhance their core competitiveness.However,the increase in the number of equity incentive cases has not brought more successful experience,but exposed some problems in the implementation of equity incentive in enterprises.This paper takes Hualan Bio as the research object.After reading and sorting out many domestic and foreign literature on equity incentive,it introduces the relevant theories of equity incentive,financial performance and innovation performance,and uses literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis to study cases.This paper expounds the content and existing problems of the first equity incentive plan of Hualan Bio,leads to the motivation,plan and process and characteristics of the second equity incentive plan of Hualan Bio,and analyzes the implementation effect of the second equity incentive plan of Hualan Bio from two aspects of financial performance and innovation performance.Compared with the data of Tiantan Bio and Shanghai Rice,it is found that the implementation of the second equity incentive plan of Hualan Bio has led to a substantial increase in business income and the value of enterprises has been improved.With the increase in the number of patents applied,the core competitiveness of enterprises has also been enhanced.At the same time,Hualan’s achievements obtained by equity incentives have been widely recognized inside and outside the industry,and the reputation of enterprises has been improved.However,in the analysis,Hualan Bio also exposed the deficiencies in the design and implementation of the second equity incentive scheme,including incomplete assessment indicators,excessive equity incentive time,insufficient equity incentive intensity and simple exercise conditions.This paper puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions for enterprises to continue the equity incentive plan in the future based on the problems of Hualan Bio,and summarizes some enlightenment on the implementation of equity incentive combined with the whole case,hoping to provide some ideas for enterprises in the New Third Board,the Science and Technology Innovation Board and other small and medium-sized enterprises in the planning of equity incentive and related issues. |
