Research On Public Participation In The Ecological Civilization Construction Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

There is a coupling relationship between the ecological civilization construction of socialism and public participation.On the one hand,as the decisive force to promote social development,the citizens has the legal rights and obligations to participate in the management of state and social affairs;on the other hand,the extensive participation of the public can not only accelerate the realization of the goal of "beautiful China",but also promote the establishment and consolidation of the awareness of conservation.In order to find effective measures to solve ecological damage,strengthen environmental protection and improve the quality of ecological environment,and focus on solving the most concerned and realistic ecological environment problems,in this paper,we take "public participation in the construction of socialist ecological civilization" as the starting point.And this paper focuses on the advantages and effectiveness of public participation in this process.Through the understanding of the current domestic and foreign literature and research trends,we can know that,in the process of ecological civilization construction in China,public participation is still insufficient,such as imperfect mechanism,low level and insufficient power.Based on the dimension of social subject,this paper makes a systematic analysis of these practical dilemmas,and makes a deep excavation of the causes.While learning from the experience and lessons at home and abroad,we also try to put forward the improving path in line with China.It is found that,focusing on the characteristics and functions of the participants,to break the bottleneck of public participation in the construction of ecological civilization,we can make overall planning from the following four aspects:strengthening the leadership of the government,cultivating the consciousness of enterprises,improving the level of social concern,and strengthening the autonomy of the public.China can achieve the redevelopment and progress of participation level and construction quality.Among them,the government should continue to deepen the transformation,promote the construction of the legal system;enterprises should seek green development,consciously accept extensive supervision;society should do a good job in education and publicity,cultivate organizations;individual citizens also need to constantly improve their awareness and experience ability in participating in practice.It is believed that only when all participants join hands can the quality of China’s ecological civilization construction be improved.
