With the increase of coal mining depth,the high temperature and heat damage in the mine has great influence on the safe and efficient mining of the mine.How to solve these problems is of far-reaching significance,so it is necessary to improve the thermal environment of the mine.In this paper,the geological and hydrological conditions of Dingji Coal Mine in Huainan mining area are summarized,and various temperature measurement data of the mining area are sorted out and analyzed.Taking Dingji Coal Mine as an example,the characteristics of geothermal distribution and its influencing factors of typical coal mines with heat damage are discussed.And then combined with the literature research,most of the foreign and domestic research of lightweight aggregate concrete single or mixed ceramsite doped ceramic sand,explore the ceramsite,ceramic sand instead of a certain amount of gravel,sand mixture of the lightweight aggregate concrete study is less,thus the project first by orthogonal experiment design method,considering the strength of hybrid fiber reinforced polypropylene as the background,Design with composite ceram site,ceramic sand content,polypropylene fiber as factors,different dosage levels of orthogonal test,moisture content,compressive strength,splitting tensile and thermal performance test,to analyze three factors on the mechanical properties of composite fiber lightweight aggregate concrete and the influence law of heat conduction performance,the development of composite fiber lightweight aggregate concrete test base.In the project preliminary research on the basis of mining ground temperature and indoor test,according to the actual mining application,take the initiative and heat insulation method,in the ordinary concrete mixed with a certain amount of ceramsite,ceramic sand,basalt fiber and plant fiber,orthogonal experiment design,and the test results are grey correlation analysis,developed a new type of thermal insulation of concrete materials,Not only heat insulation and mechanical properties are better.This kind of new type thermal insulation material has been in huainan mining area for the engineering application,the practical results show that this kind of new type thermal insulation of concrete not only effectively reduce the heat in the surrounding rock of roadway circle radius reduces the wall temperature,also is helpful for the improvement of the underground heat harm working environment,in addition,the mechanical properties of new type thermal insulation of concrete can meet the need of deep roadway surrounding rock deformation,Therefore,this new type of heat-insulating concrete material has a good application value in deep mines with serious heat damage caused by high temperature.Figure[32]Table[18]Reference[57]...
