| China produces billions of cubic meters of construction waste every year.Most of the construction waste is transported,accepted and landfilled,which wastes a lot of manpower,material resources and land resources.How to effectively use the construction waste and turn it into treasure has very important social and economic benefits for protecting the environment and saving resources.Therefore,in this paper,through a large number of experiments,the nano ion soil stabilizer suitable for the characteristics of building slag is developed.Combined with cement,mineral powder,waste gypsum and other inorganic materials,the lightweight wall materials and floor paving materials are prepared to solve the problem of building slag absorption.The results are as follows:(1)The results show that the nano ion composite soil curing agent used in the preparation of light insulation strip board of building residue is sulfamate curing agent,and its mix proportion is sulfamate:sodium sulfate:ammonium chloride:magnesium chloride:triisopropanolamine:triethanolamine:12wt%:3~3.6wt%:1.4~2wt%:3wt%:1.5wt%:1.5wt%;tap water 77wt%.The solid content of curing agent is 23%,and the recommended dosage is 3%(liquid content).(2)The mix proportion of raw materials used in the preparation of slag based light thermal insulation strip board is:slag:cement:mineral powder:stone powder:gypsum:sulfamate curing agent:polystyrene particle is 384:120:200:80:16:24:26 or 384:160:160:80:16:24:26,polystyrene particle size is 1~2mm,water material ratio is 0.22.(3)The results show that the thermal conductivity can be as low as 0.075w/(m·k),the thermal conductivity has excellent thermal insulation effect;the drying shrinkage value is less than 0.17mm/m,so the products are not easy to crack and peel;the dry density is stable at about870kg/m~3;the softening coefficient is about 0.81,so the products have strong water erosion resistance;the 28d compressive strength is higher than 4MPa,and after 15 days The results show that the surface of the sample has no change and its frost resistance is good,which meets the requirements of GB/T23450-2009"insulation strips for building partition wall".(4)Through 20MPa pressure forming,the optimum ratio and dosage of calcium chloride and sodium sulfate curing agent for pavement brick are as follows:a The proportion of calcium chloride curing agent is:ammonium chloride 4wt%,ferrous sulfate 2wt%,triethanolamine 0.5wt%,calcium chloride 15wt%,triisopropanolamine 1.5wt%,and the dosage of curing agent is preferably 0.45wt%(based on the solid content of curing agent).b The ratio of sodium sulfate curing agent is:sulfamate 9wt%,sodium sulfate 4wt%,ammonium chloride 6wt%,magnesium chloride 4wt%,triethanolamine 1.5wt%,triisopropanolamine 1.5wt%,and the dosage of curing agent is preferably 0.3wt%(based on the solid content of curing agent).(5)The optimum ratio and maintenance method of raw materials for pavement brick are as follows:a.The total amount of rubber material is 30wt%:slag:cement:Fly Ash:mineral powder:water:curing agent=70wt%:10wt%:5wt%:15wt%:10wt%:0.3wt%.Under the condition of natural curing,the 28d compressive strength can reach 40.4MPa.b.The total amount of rubber material is 35wt%:slag:cement:Fly Ash:mineral powder:water:curing agent=65wt%:15wt%:10wt%:10wt%:0.3wt%.Under the condition of natural curing,the 28d compressive strength can reach 42.3MPa.c.The 28d compressive strength of slag pavement brick is far greater than the mu30strength requirement of recycled fine aggregate floor brick and permeable brick(CJ 400-2012).(6)Through XRD and SEM analysis,the main mechanism of improving the performance of lightweight wall materials and floor paving materials is:the curing agent can promote the hydration reaction of cement and slag,and produce more hydration products;the curing agent can release free water between particles through ion exchange reaction,and promote the particles to get close to each other,and reduce the gap to form a more compact whole. |
