Research On Financial Risk Evaluation And Control Of HD Enterprises

With the rapid development of science and technology in China,high-tech has become the main driving force and growth point of China’s economy.High-tech enterprises need to invest a large amount of capital in each link from research and development and innovation to manufacturing,storage and marketing.These links make the financial risks of enterprises have obvious characteristics.In addition,due to the changes of internal and external environmental factors and the existence of a variety of unpredictable and unexpected conditions,aggravate the financial risk of enterprises.Therefore,no matter from the perspective of enterprise managers or employees,it is particularly important to correctly evaluate and control the financial risks of enterprises.In this paper,HD Company,a medium-sized private enterprise,is selected for research.Based on relevant theories and the actual situation of the company,representative indicators are selected from four aspects,namely solvency,profitability,operation capacity and development capacity,for financial risk identification and analysis.On the financial risk of HD company based on the analysis of the financial risk identification,based on 2015-2019 financial data of the selected 20 quantized treatment to the specific financial indicators,through the entropy value method to determine the index weight,some indexes by using Pearson correlation analysis,through the comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy coefficient method in combination with the evaluation results,Finally,according to the financial risk identification analysis and evaluation results,the financial risk control suggestions for HD company’s financial risk control are put forward.Through the identification,analysis and evaluation of the financial risks of HD Company,the following problems are found in the company:The HD company within the corresponding financial system and control system is not perfect,the second is company has certain operational risk,profitability,risk and potential risk of insolvency,specific to the indicators is mainly the management of accounts receivable,inventory control and the management cost of company’s cost and sales and the company’s debt structure.Combined with the current operation and development status of HD Company and the financial risks it faces,the corresponding control measures are put forward,including improving the internal control and management system,establishing and perfecting the accounts receivable management body,improving the inventory management system,reducing sales expenses,controlling the cost of each link and broadening the financing channels.Through the study of this article,on the one hand,the HD company can clear this paper points out the problems faced by the financial risks and potential risks,through targeted control measures are put forward,to improve the financial risk of the enterprise itself control ability,on the other hand to the same industry enterprises in the financial risk assessment and control system construction to provide theoretical reference.
