| The studies of high resolution spectra provide abundant information on the structure and molecular interaction of van der Waals complex. In this paper,we measured the spectra of Ne-N2O by supersonic molecular expansion system. The spectra of Ne-N2O van der Waals complex near the v1 band(~1285cm-1)and 2v2(~1168cm-1)band of N2O monomer were measured by the distributed feedback quantum cascade laser and the external cavity quantum cascade laser,respectively.207 and 145 20Ne-N2O spectral lines were identified near the v1 band and 2v2 band, respectively. The rotational constants and centrifugal distortion constants of each molecule with excited states were fitted by PGOPHER,and the related structural constants were calculated. The band-origins of Ne-N2O complexes are 1285.12225(12)cm-1 and 1168.449820(86)cm-1,respectively.The blue shift is 0.21887cm-1 near the v1 band and 0.13662cm-1 near the 2v2 band.In this paper, the influence of all-optical modulation on the output characteristics of quantum cascade lasers is also verified. The experiment verified that near-infrared light would cause blue shift of mid-infrared light wavelength in the output of quantum cascade laser. The blue shift of the mid-infrared wavelength increases with the increase of the wavelength or power of the near-infrared.In the future,it can be used as a means of high-speed modulation for gas detection and improve the spectral signal-to-noise ratio. |
