Study On Safety Production Supervision Of Foundry Industry Base In Fuxin City

With the recovery of the economic situation of the steel industry,the scale and quantity of related companies have been improved,resulting in the increasing probability of various safety accidents in the production process.The safety production supervision of Foundry Industrial Base in Fuxin City is the case of this research.On the view of the staffs in safety production supervision,the current problems in safety supervision have been classified,the reasons of these problems have been analyzed,and the feasible solution strategies have been provided.This work is trying to explore a route to insurance the safety production in metallurgical-related industries.This paper has been divided into five parts.The first part highlights the background,significance and objectives of the research.Through the review of research papers on safety supervision at home and abroad,the research methods and innovations of this paper are proposed.The second part defines the basic concepts,elements and theories of safety production supervision.The third part summarizes the specific situations of the safety production supervision in the base firstly;then,analyzes the security incidents in similar company;On this basis,the problems in the safety supervision work of this base are summarized,and found that the reasons are due to the lack of clear regulatory responsibility,poor effectiveness of regulatory measures,insufficient supervision and enforcement power,relatively backward supervision,and regulatory enforcement.The fourth part provides the feasible routes from the aspects of clear division of responsibilities,full use of various regulatory measures,strengthening the construction of safety production supervision team,improving the level of safety production supervision and enforcement,and creating a good safety production supervision and enforcement environment.Finally,summaries this paper and make recommendations based on this paper to continue the direction of thinking.
