Research On The Development Strategies Of LY Companies Based On Core Competencies

At present,with the rapid development of society and economy,the contradiction between the deterioration of the ecological environment caused by human activities and the peoples growing need for a beautiful ecological environment is becoming increasingly serious.Since the18 th Party Congress,under the concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains" and "building a beautiful China",the construction of ecological civilisation has been elevated to a national strategy,the ecological protection and environmental management industry has been upgraded from a strategic new industry to a pillar industry.Facing the bright market prospect of the industry,both the incremental and the stock market have a broad space for development.As a outstanding enterprise in this industry,it is essential to be objective and calm,to plan ahead,and to enhance its core competitiveness in the ever-increasing industry competition,which is a necessary means for enterprises to be invincible.Based on the core competitiveness theory and theories related to strategic management,the thesis analyzes and evaluates the core competitiveness elements of LY Company.In the context of the "construction of ecological civilization",firstly,the macro environment of the company is analysed using the PEST model.The ecological protection and environmental management industry situation is analysed using the Porters Five Forces model.The internal strengths and weaknesses as well as the external opportunities and threats of the company,which are closely related to the research object,are listed using the SWOT model.At the same time,the current situation of the companys development is outlined from four aspects,namely The SWOT model was used to list the internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and threats.Secondly,based on the results of the above analysis,the core competitiveness evaluation system of LY was constructed in conjunction with the core competitiveness theory,and each element was scored by combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,and the results showed that LY currently has a low conversion rate of "industry-academia-research",insufficient professional talent reserve to support the future development of the company,imperfect regulations and corporate culture.The results show that LY has problems such as low conversion rate of "industry-academia-research",insufficient professional talents to support the future development of the company,imperfect regulations and immature corporate culture.Finally,based on the results of the core competitiveness evaluation,this paper proposes strategies and measures based on the current situation of the enterprises internal and external environment,from the four aspects of targeting strategic goals,implementing fundamental ways of innovation,improving management efficiency,and building the cornerstone of cultural growth.Focusing on the two core points of enterprise operation and enterprise management,the paper aims to improve enterprise effectiveness and management efficiency,and ultimately achieve the goal of enhancing enterprise core competitiveness.This paper finds out the current development problems of LY company based on the core competitiveness,and puts forward the strategies and suggestions to solve the problems,in order to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.On the one hand,it provides some suggestions for the future development of LY company,and also provides practical basis for other small and medium-sized enterprises to learn from.
