| The natural environment is the basis for people’s survival.However,with the increase of carbon dioxide emission and other environmental pollution phenomena,the global climate and ecology have been seriously damaged,leading to serious threats to people’s life and mental health.In order to cope with the current severe situation,change the habitual behavior in daily life,and promote the sustainable development of ecological environment,environmental protection information system arose at the historic moment.However,most of the current environmental information systems only reflect the environmental impact or resource consumption generated by users’ behaviors through the single and boring figures or tables forms.It is hard to attract users’ attention.And it is not easy to stimulate users’ potential environmental awareness,which makes it difficult for users to generate long-term sustainable environmental behavior.However,the exaggerated feedback mechanism and time feedback mechanism of the information system can make the original abstract and remote environmental problems concrete and immediate,making users realize the meaning and value of their daily behavior.Therefore,in order to provide design suggestions for the interaction of various environmental information systems,this paper studies the impact of feedback mechanism in environmental information systems on its users.This article is based on the feedback mechanism in the environmental protection information system theory and the goal-framing theory.In this paper,we use questionnaire survey to collect data and structural equation model to analyze data to study how the exaggerated feedback mechanism and time feedback mechanism in information system impact on the users’ acceptance of the concept of environmental protection information system and their willingness to stick to it.The experimental results are as follows.In the hyperbole feedback mechanism of the information system,compared with the low-level hyperbole feedback mechanism,the users under the high-level hyperbole feedback mechanism experience higher entertainment,environmental response efficiency and self-benefit.At the same time,in addition to self-benefit,users’ entertainment and environmental response efficiency have a positive impact on users’ acceptance of the concept of environmental protection information system.The users’ entertainment,environmental response efficiency,self-interest and acceptance of the concept of environmental protection system have significant positive effects on the long-term persistence of environmental protection information system.In the time feedback mechanism of information system,compared with the delayed feedback mechanism,the immediate feedback mechanism users have more entertainment environmental response efficiency and self-benefit.At the same time,entertainment,environmental response efficiency and selfbenefit have a positive and significant impact on users’ acceptance of the concept of environmental protection system.In addition to environmental response efficiency,users’entertainment.self-interest and concept acceptance have significant positive effects on the longterm persistence of environmental protection information system.This study theoretically improves the design criteria of the feedback mechanism of the information system under the background of the environmental information system,and illustrates the role of exaggerated feedback and immediate feedback mechanism in the information system,which is of great significance to the interactive design of the environmental information system.From a practical point of view,it is beneficial to improve users’ motivation to use environmental information system.and improve users’ use experience.It can improve users’ participation and stickiness in environmental information system,enhance users’understanding,and promote users’ long-term willingness to use. |
