The Construction Of Index System About Ecological City And Its Evaluation Research

City is the advanced form of human social life,whose development reflects the civilization and progress of human.With the emergence of economic globalization,the process of urbanization has been accelerated gradually,which one-sided pursuit of economic development that leads to the waste of resources,environmental pollution and other issues highlighted,the city system is facing increasing pressure and challenges.Therefore,advocating economic transformation,changing the way of urban development,and taking the road of eco city development has become a hot issue in the current research.As the important part of the ecological city,the theory and index system of ecological city,have important theoretical and practical significance to the construction and planning of the ecological city.The connotation of ecological city China under the new normal and the construction of evaluation index system around it,contribute to the rational orientation of the development of China’s eco city,help to provide guidance for the future construction of ecological city,and promote the development and construction of Chinese ecological city.This paper mainly through the analysis of Chinese development model under the new normal,puts forward the new eco city connotation,which is suitable for the development of China’s national conditions,around which constructs evaluation index system of eco city,and selects the 30 representative cities of China to carry on the comprehensive appraisal application research.The main research conclusions are as follows:（1）The paper defines the connotation and characteristics of Chinese ecological city at the present stage through the analysis of the existing research results about the connotation of Ecological City.（2）The paper constructs a causal relationship model based on "driving force state response" around the connotation of Chinese eco city in the new normal state.According to the principle of index selection,the paper establishes primary index system from the urban s-ystem of 5 subsystem such as economic,social,environmental,cultural and government and so on,which expands and improves the insufficient of existing evaluation index system.（3）The paper calculates the optimization coefficient of index,and eliminates the low optimization coefficient of index through the construction of index importance measure index difference model,measurement model and index correlation measure model,in order to establish the screening model of evaluation index.It makes the index is more objective and scientific,which solves the problem that the existing evaluation index has phenomenon that the information redundancy,low degree of the importance and distinction to the evaluation results.（4）This paper designs the model of comprehensive evaluation which used to measure the system develop "well" to measure the city system’s coordinated development degree and operation,and the comparative analysis of comprehensive evaluation models which measure system develop "fast" and "balancedly",it is found that the"well" comprehensive evaluation model established in this paper is more scientific and reasonable.（5）According to the 30 representative cities selected in this paper,the paper selects cluster and classification analysis in the comprehensive evaluation process,to fully reflect the characteristics of the evaluation objects,so that it is reasonable to locate themselves.The results prove that the comprehensive evaluation index system,the index screening model and comprehensive evaluation which used to measure the system develop "well"that this paper constructs are more reasonable,which provide more accurate suggestions and guidance for the construction and development of ecological cities in China in the future.
