Different from the usual large ships,passenger ships’ economic attributes determine their diverse internal structures,complex personnel composition and limited channel space.In case of emergency,evacuation will often encounter congestion,stampede and other situations,which seriously threaten the lives of passengers.Therefore,the study of passenger ship crowd evacuation is particularly important.The research on crowd evacuation covers a wide range,including both the accident evolution process and the behavior process of crowd evacuation.Crowd evacuation behavior is affected by external environment and individual factors.The traditional research method is to observe crowd evacuation behavior through evacuation exercise to obtain research data,but the cost is high and the efficiency is low.With the application of computer technology in the field of crowd evacuation,it provides a new way to study crowd evacuation.However,in the simulation,the individual behavior and the response to the external environment can not be expressed at the same time.At the same time,smoke is the biggest obstacle to crowd evacuation in fire environment.To study crowd evacuation behavior in fire smoke environment,it is necessary to combine crowd evacuation with fire environment.Only by building a reasonable crowd evacuation model and studying crowd evacuation in a fire environment can we accurately describe the evacuation behavior characteristics of individuals and crowds and give reasonable suggestions for layout design.This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of crowd evacuation behavior in passenger ship fire event,and introduces the concepts of "dynamic field strength" and "static field strength" to express crowd evacuation behavior in passenger ship fire environment.The cellular automata model was selected to establish the crowd evacuation model,and the three modules of information perception,decision judgment and motion control were analyzed.A-STAR algorithm was used to solve the path,and the behavior model of crowd evacuation was obtained.The influence of smoke on crowd evacuation in ship fire accident is analyzed,the characteristics of smoke diffusion model are studied,the fire smoke diffusion is simulated in the cellular automata model,and the smoke toxicity index is used to study the influence of passenger ship layout on crowd evacuation.A programming software is used to write the program and develop the crowd evacuation assessment interface under the passenger ship fire environment.The fire environment in the restaurant and public rest area of a passenger ship was simulated,and the number of affected people and the evacuation efficiency of passengers were counted through the smoke toxicity index of individuals.The current cabin layout is optimized to obtain a cabin layout with higher efficiency for crowd evacuation.
